In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, this peaceful retreat sits within the parkland of the Laceby Manor Golf Club. Grimsby and Hull with their maritime pasts and the history and culture of Lincoln are all close by as are any number of pretty little market towns and villages.
Enjoy a round of golf at Laceby Manor, dine in the á la carte restaurant and spend your evenings relaxing in your own private hot tub. From Laceby, you can drive to Hubbard's Hill, a local beauty spot, or head to Belchford for a walk and a bite to eat in The Blue Bell Inn, an excellent local pub. Just a few miles away, the beach at Cleethorpes has literally miles of golden sand.
Belfry is the ultimate couple's retreat; it's a decadent one bedroom lodge with a large master bedroom, a freestanding bath and patio doors that lead out onto decking with your own private hot tub. It's contemporary and beautifully styled, with an open plan kitchen and living area and luxury outdoor furniture.
The Ale Trail is a fun way to sample traditional Yorkshire ale at some ancient hostelries, such as Ye Olde Black Boy which dates back to 1337.
Our Top Tip
"Pleasure Island in Cleethorpes is an excellent theme park with over 50 rides and attractions, and Wilberforce House in Hull is the oldest anti-slavery museum in the world."

The lodge was brilliant, cant speak highly enough about the fixtures/fittings, furnishings. It was very cold at the time we stayed, however the lodge was so warm...we had to turn the heating down, so time of year was no issue. The hot-tub was brilliant, perfect temperature and so surreal to be sitting outside in a hot-tub in the middle of winter.

Warm, comfortable and well equipped property, although curling corners on the rug were a potential trip hazard.

My boyfriend and I have visited here a few times now and we love it. We love the surroundings and the fact that the hot tubs are covered so we can use it all the time, regardless of the weather. We stayed in Westwood (our favourite). The extractor didn't work and the HDMI lead for the sky box did not work. We had to go and buy our own as we did pop over a couple of times and there wasn't anyone to speak to. We will certainly be back again in the near future for a relaxing break.

A lovely lodge, lots of room. Having the showers leading on to the hot tub area was very helpful. Everything you really needed was provided. A great lodge with lovely views, very peaceful also. A great stay.

Date of stay: 24th November 2017
Perfect short break ,although there was problem with the internet for nearly 3 days and was disappointed it wasnt sorted sooner
Relaxing, clean. Would of been good if the restaurant was open on an evening though the week not just the weekends.
Lodge had everything we needed, very clean and great location really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again
Perfect little break away. Hot tub was amazing! There’s not much to do on site, no where to go for a drink on a night, but we were going for a relaxing break anyway. Went to Lincoln one day and Skegness another day. You’ll definitely need a car. We were more than happy spending our evenings in the hot tub drinking prosecco. Would definitely return
Brilliant lodges and the reception staff are fantastic and such a double act
nice and clean, staff very friendly, will def go again.
Lovely quiet, clean cabin for a relaxing break
Very nice. Nothing to complain about, signal was a little poor but it’s nice to have no signal for once and enjoy a relaxing holiday without looking at your phone. Everything was perfect would reccomend this to anyone and everyone will definitely be back next year !
All good apart from Lodge not been ready to move into at the 4.00pm check in time as it was still been cleaned , had to go for a coffee for half an hour so dissapointing
I had an amazing stay here in February and had an amazing time. The lodge I stayed in was beautiful and so clean and tidy!
The staff were so lovely and helpful too. We didnt go into the golf club, but the menus in the lodges did look nice.
There are lovely bridal ways near by which were great for long walks and bike rides.
A really lovely location, in beautiful surroundings!
Would recommend a stay here if you want to relax
The lodge was very well equipped for a weekend break, Very well appointed kitchen area with everything you would need including dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge area was comfortable and flooded with light from the two very large windows one with a sliding door that opened on to a decked area with table and chairs and gave a great view out across the golf course.
The hot tub was great too especially as it was blowing minus 5 and snowing whilst we sat in the warm water drinking champagne. The hot tub is situated on a decked area at the rear of the lodge and is covered by a wooden roof and surrounded with frosted glass panels.
Only one thing missing and that was wifi signal.... but we coped without. :)
