Oasis Lodges have a stunning location in Herefordshire, surrounded by beautiful meadowland. These lodges offer a rather unique holiday experience with one of the country's only natural bio-top swimming pools onsite. We recommend Oasis Lodges to couples and families looking for a peaceful, rural retreat.

Facilities at Oasis Lodges include a children's play area, shared sauna and hot tub, WI-FI and massage service. Locally there are a number of attractions including Queenswood Country Park and Barrington Hall.  For families a day of Lama Trekking at Old Kings Street Farm offers a unique and fun experience.

For smaller families the Tadpole Lodges are ideal. Brand new in 2010 these lodges have open plan living space, external decking with furniture and 2 bedrooms. Dragonfly Lodges are larger and can sleep up to 6 people. These spacious 2 storey lodges are ideal for two families to share as they have two double bedrooms and one twin. Lily Lodge is similar to Dragonfly Lodge in layout and design but has the addition of a luxurious private hot tub on the external deck.

Amazing lodge.
The best lodge we have stayed in. The hot tub is amazing and although only big enough for 4 people comfortably we found sitting in a hot tub looking at the stars the most peaceful experience.

Tadpole Lodge is a very comfortable and clean lodge that was ideal for the size of our party - two adults and one child. It has lovely views over the natural pool from the front and the hot tub is privately located around the back which gets the early morning sun.

Fabulous holiday. Only fault would be that the hot tub only holds 3/4 comfortably any more and the water will escape! Not ideal for a 6 person lodge. Apart from that it was great

Loved the sofa but too low for one of our party to use as they have difficulty getting up from chairs but took in one of the patio armchairs to use which was fine. Didn't mind the hot tub was only for two in Tadpole as only one of us used it and it was wonderful to sit in after driving all day listening to the birds singing and even in the rain with the thunder rumbling overhead. (It was a rainy week!)

A warm welcome when we arrived and the lodge was fabulous. It was a great base to explore Herefordshire and the hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening.

We had a fantastic break with 2 children (ages 4 and 7). The Lodge (Lily) was clean and well equipped and the hot tub was amazing - even more so after a brief dip in the pool in October! We had a friendly welcome and the lodge was very warm and cosy. We hope to stay again.

Spent a lovely week with the family. Nice, area and nice property
Paul
Had a fabulous weekend break. Staff very friendly and informative. Good lodge facilities and hot tub lovely. Games room could do with some modernisation, but great fun for a few hours. Enjoyed feeding the donkeys and pigs on site. Thanks for a nice relaxing break.
Julia
Just lovely. Perfect for us tired mums as a retreat
Julia
A lovely place, great lodge with well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas, comfy beds and nice hot tub. Great surrounding, kids loved making campfires in the woods and playing table tennis. Nice to feed the pigs and stroke the donkeys. Quiet place, didn't hear any noise from the other lodges. Owners were very friendly and helpful.
Sally

Lodge was fabulous, very well equipped, hot tub first class, could have done with being a bit bigger though, however 5of us managed quite well. Grounds could do with a bit of tlc.

Queenswood Country Park - about 13 Miles
Queenswood Country Park has a stunning location offering panoramic views of the countryside. The area is abundant with wildlife and you can see how many species you can spot while enjoying the nature trails. The park also has a large children play area and a licensed café. Seasonal activities can be enjoyed during school holidays and at peak times of the year including Halloween events and crafting sessions as well as ranger led walks.
Spetchley Park and Gardens in Worcestershire are the perfect place for a day trip all year round. During the summer months the gardens are really at their best with beautiful displays of flora and fauna. Many families choose to bring a picnic and there are several picnic tables in the grounds. The deer park is also a big hit with children as well as grown ups. The onsite tea room serves tasty sandwiches and cakes and uses local produce where possible.
Lamas are gentle, affectionate and unique animals and Lama Trekking is fast becoming a popular family attraction. At Old king Street Farm you can spend the day with the charming creatures and enjoy feeding them, grooming them and having a stroll through the woodland. Lamas are not ridden but they can carry all the picnic essentials including tables and chairs! Lama Treks around the stunning Black Mountains are also available.
Puzzlewood - about 18 Miles
Puzzlewood is a somewhat unique attraction within the beautiful Forest of Dean. Visitors can explore the mile of pathways passing over wooden bridges and through some stunning tree and rock formations. The maze of pathways are quite enchanting and the site has recently been used as a location for the BBC1 production of Merlin. While enjoying the splendour of nature there are many types of wildlife to meet along the way including Shetland ponies, Donkeys and Highland Cattle. A Hocus Pokus Halloween event takes place from the 24th to the 31st of October.
