Beaconsfield Park Reviews

"what a wonderful place to stay , great accommodation and surroundings with a great view"
Wayne - Jul 2022
"Just spent a fantastic week in a chestnut lodge . Everything was amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Everything is provided in the lodge even down to dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. The hot tub was fabulous. My partner enjoyed fishing every day, the lake is just in front of the lodge so I could watch from the hot tub . Cleanliness of the lodge and the site is outstanding. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of prosseco which awaited us on arrival . We will definitely be returning very soon. 100% recommended. Oh and the fresh eggs we bought from reception were beautiful ?. Pool and steam room were great ? ."
Susan - Jul 2022
"A first rate holiday park with comfortable accommodation and very well equipped lodges. Reception and Park Staff very helpful indeed."
David - Jul 2022
"Very clean very friendly people great restaurant very peaceful great week I had"
Carl - Jul 2022
"We enjoyed our short break at Beaconsfield, quiet and relaxed."
Tony - May 2022
"Lovely quiet park. Lodge was well equipped and clean. Would stay again."
Rachel - May 2022
"Pleasantly surprised about or visit to Beaconsfield holiday park, Chestnut lodge was modern, and nicely furnished, sofa was a bit tired looking though."
Jacqueline - May 2022
"Had a courtesy call from Beaconsfield holiday park a few days before our stay just to inform us about a few things about our stay. We arrived a bit early before our check in time, but this was not a problem. I was nicely greeted at reception and given a information booklet, which was very helpful. Once settled in the lodge the owner popped around to give us a demonstration of how to use hot tub. We took our dog with us and there was a dog exercise area for him which is thoughtful. We enjoyed the use of the on site swimming pool and steam room, for a small cost of £3 pp though. The on site restaurant was value for money, and great friendly service and ambience. We will definitely be returning to Beaconsfield holiday park, and recommending to others."
Jacqueline - May 2022
"Love staying at this park its our 3rd time and booked again for August"
Geraldine - May 2022
"Had a lovley break, ate at the croft 2 nights and the food was amazing, the portions were big and the staff were lovley, its great to have it there and will be going again when we return"
Geraldine - May 2022
"We stayed in Haughmond 3 Lodge and it was perfect. The lodge had everything you could possibly need including a nespresso machine and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco. The lodge was spotless but you do have to make sure you leave it the same way as I'm unsure if you would have your £75 deposit returned. The lodge had x2 tvs but the main tv in lounge had only 15 channels whereas the TV in bedroom had full freeview. Sofas and chairs are reclining so very comfy and beds are alo king size and very comfy. The pillows are very soft though so consider your own pillows if you require firm. The hot tub was maintained everyday and was lovely to use. The only downside was constant train noise from tracks nearby so train horn is very loud."
Anna - May 2022
"Lovely weekend break in the Wrekin Premier lodge. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was very good, food and service excellent. Would definitely return."
Steve - Apr 2022
"Lovely Lodge, well equipped and furnished. Really nice to have an upper balcony to sit on."
Steve - Apr 2022
"Pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was"
Stephen - Apr 2022
"Great lodge but let down by some penny pinching in my opinion as meant to be luxury. There are no bath robes and only 2 large towels for 3 days showering and hot tub use this is not really acceptable or hygienic(luckily we brought our own). There are 3 toilets which all had the flimsiest cheapest toilet seats you can buy it just did not feel luxurious and it's a shame because the property lay out is great and could be luxury with a bit more thought, general updating and attention to detail. The kitchen and dining area where nice and the large bath in the master bedroom was great also a bottle of wine on arrival was nice. The restaurant on site was great but would recommend booking as can get busy also worth mentioning that it's very reasonably priced."
Paul - Mar 2022
"warm comfortable lodge, nice hot tub. We had a very relaxing stay. More plants and landscaping around the lodges would make them perfect."
Linda - Feb 2022
"Lodge is well laid out everything you need for a relaxing holiday."
Caroline - Feb 2022
"Wrekin Lodge exceeded expectations in cleanliness and unblemished furnishings. Had the windows been cleaned, would have scored full marks."
Chris - Nov 2021
"A great weekend away"
Susan - Aug 2020
"Had a few problems with heat on shower and nowhere to store fishing tackle could do with small storage by cabin"
Rob - Aug 2020
"Lovely lodge, with everything you could need. Two high level outside balconys to use, which were good, but would benefit from a Low level outside chill area around the decking."
Don - Aug 2020
"Superb loved everything about it."
Michelle - Jul 2020
"We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Chestnut Lodge. We found the
lodge very clean and every thing you require was supplied to a very high standard. The park was very peaceful and relaxing with a excellent restaurant on site."
Linda - Jul 2020
"Lovely chestnut lodge no 1 but hot tub is not good enough bubble .. last year our no 3 it was good bubble ..

Linda - Jul 2020
"Enjoyed 3 days here will definitely be returning"
Dominic - Jul 2020
