The countryside location of Hornsea Lakeside Lodges is what really sets this park apart from the rest, and alongside the luxurious accommodation you will really feel that this is a holiday with a difference.  Hoseasons have added these lodges to their special Autograph lodge holiday range so you can be assured that the lodges have been hand picked for their quality. They would make a fantastic choice for special occasions.

If you like golf or fishing you will be in your element here with Hornsea Golf Club on the doorstep and a fully stocked fishing lake on the park itself.  The surrounding area is ideal for exploring with lovely sandy bays and breathtaking cliffs.  If you like to take it easy and indulge in some shopping you will find some designer outlets close by too.

The lodges themselves have been carefully designed and styled to create a luxurious and modern feel. With plenty of mod cons and a spacious interior you can enjoy contemporary living at it's best.

We love the Kingfisher Lodge for couples.  This luxury retreat sleeping 2 has a TV/DVD and ipod dock as well as a stunning bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the outdoor decking offers glorious views over the lake.  There is also the added bonus of a private outdoor hot tub.  Other great options include the Sandpiper Lodge which sleeps 6 and the Heron Lodge which sleeps 4.

Our Top Tip
"For fantastic freshly caught fish and local produce then we recommend Elio's Restaurant in Barton-upon-Humber around 18 miles from the lodges."

We had a fabulous long weekend with family at the Hornsea Lodges staying in theTeal Lodge. The lodge was very well equipped, very clean, spacious, lovely and warm with central heating and log burner and the hot tub was fantastic.
The site is well maintained and was very clean and tidy with helpful staff on hand from 9 - 5 Monday to Saturday. No shop or dining on the site but plenty of choice within a couple of miles of the site.
Lodges are well spaced out to give privacy and most overlook one of the lakes. The site has large playing areas and areas for dog walking but be wary with children as the lakes are open access and very close to the lodges.

Really lovely place, the lodge itself is perfect for families and has everything you need. The area is peaceful but still plenty of things to do. There is an outlet shopping area 2mins drive with a play area for kids. Local pool 5mins away , farm about 15mins drive, a small town with quaint shops, mr moos ice cream factory around 15mins drive, a lovely chocolate cafe in town and a Tesco superstore just down the road. They even give you a list of takeaways in town, some of which even deliver to the gates. It's a secured site and we have stayed several times, it's just a shame the prices go up so much in kids holidays, but it's the same everywhere I guess.
Rachel
The lodges were lovely warm welcome. The only problem we had was the gate was a bit temperamental but everything else was lovely
Steve
Perfect for quiet, private and tranquil setting

This is our 5th visit to Hornsea lakeside lodges. We absolutely love it here and would highly recommend it. The lodge we stayed in this year was teal lodge and was by far the best. All of the lodges we have stayed in have been beautiful but teal is one of the newer ones. The rooms were lovely and spacious there was a beautiful and huge rainfall shower 2 lovely free standing baths just brilliant. The kitchen was great although lacking in a few bits such as baking trays etc but manageable. Hot tub was great too and all was lovely and clean. The surroundings were beautiful and the place is lovely and peaceful. We went for christmas this year and there was a christmas tree up in the lodge a bottle of fizz and a box of chocolates waiting for us which was perfect. We took our dog and the only thing i would have liked is a fenced area where we could let her out to use the toilet as we had to keep taking her out on the lead but all in all this wasnt a massive issue. Great place and we will be returning as we always do.
MICHELLE
Really nice cabin and the Christmas tree was a lovely extra. Already booked for next September.
Emma
Stayed here for 4 nights in the teal lodge as part of a mini honeymoon. Couldn't fault the place one bit we absolutely loved the lake setting and have already booked to return next year. Very helpful staff and very clean lodge. 40 minute drive to the deep in hull which was worth a drive to for a fun day out. Going to go to Scarborough and York next time as I read that they aren't too far away either. Thank you for a lovely few days. Can't wait to return!
Gail
Lovely lodges, only small criticism really is that the bathroom window could use a blind and the ovens aren’t really up to catering for 10 people. Apart from that it’s a fab place to stay.
