River Valley Country Park Reviews

"We had a great time and already looking at further staycation bookings! Normally would go abroad but loved out time in Cornwall"
Stuart - Aug 2020
"We had a lovely stay , it was a shame the shop was shut on site and you needed a car for anything you wanted to do."
Linda - Aug 2020
"A bit cramped for space"
Jamie - Aug 2020
"the only thing that is just a tad annoying is that there is not a shop on site ,apart from that this park,is quiet, relaxed, scenic and a superb stay,we had a lodge with a hot tub,oh my,how nice was that,it would be so easy just ti do a weekly shop and not have to venture out anywhere,a big deck with table and bench,s, our first trip to Cornwall and we are going again next year, albeit to a different park ,we don't like going to the same park every year, but we will definitely be going back to River Valley in the future and wholely recommend this park to anyone,"
David - Aug 2020
"Lovely site, nice local walks and would ideal if you had a dog.
Had all we needed in lodge to make our stay comfortable, and we was upset to come home."

Hot tub was great too!"

"Really nice peaceful holiday. As we are both in our mid seventies we did have problems with shower and bath mat. But other than that a beautiful caravan xxx"

Stirica - Aug 2019
"Excellent lodge, great value for money. Few minor issues with the shower and bed was not the super king size I'm used to but didn't really impact on the holiday."
Luke - Aug 2019
"Amazing booking again for next year"
Kerry - Aug 2019
"A perfect holiday, we really didn't want to come home!"
Felicity - Aug 2019
"A place to relax but except for the hot-tub, there was no other facilities on the site for eating/entertainment/swimming. Didn't see a childrens' play area. Need a car for getting about."
Sylvia - May 2019
"Beautifull park and lovely setting by the river"

Julie - May 2019
"Beds were fantastic, bathroom space was fantastic but front room and kitchen was a bit of a squish for six people not enough comfy chairs and kitchen area was only big enough for one person so one person ending up doing all the cooking and cleaning."
Angela - May 2019
"Overall a great holiday. Lodge was clean comfortable and well equipped. Hot tub amazing. Only complaints lack of towels and very poor wifi"
Michael - Apr 2019
"Photo of lands end. Beautiful scenery

It was just absolutely amazing. Relaxing , and plenty to do around the local area. Lovely pubs too if you fancy going out for dinner one night."
Beverley - Jan 2019
"Would definitely recommend lovely holiday!"
Claire - Dec 2018
"Great, peaceful place to stay! Going back next year! Hope to book early to get hot tub this time!"
David - Sep 2018
"the caravan though the basic range was adequate, clean and well equipped and good value for money in comparison to holiday homes we have hired in the past. The site was a good base to explore the surrounding area and was preferable to spending a week under canvas as it was a bit chilly in the mornings"
Lucy - Aug 2018
"Fantastic place to stay peaceful."
Kirsty - Aug 2018
"It was a lovely stay, could do with a park for children to play in though."
Charlotte - Aug 2018
"Super accomodation. One small drawback is with no mobile service the very weak WiFi only just met our needs for getting weather and other information for our particular activities. Otherwise perfect!"
Joe - Jul 2018
