Westfield Lakeland Lodges Reviews

"We had a brilliant 3 night stay on the 17/01/2020 to the 20/01/202. Andrew the on-site maintenance man greeted us at reception, answered all questions we had and any problems we had throughout the whole stay he would have it fixed within the hour. We had a problem with our hottub not heating past 28 degrees, Andrew made numerous calls throughout the day to make sure it was heating and had the heater replaced when he found out it wasn't. In the meantime, he kindly said we could use the hottub in the unoccupied lodge adjacent to ours, spot on!

Lodge was clean on arrival, everything was homely, well presented and everything needed to enjoy your stay was present. Will be returning in the near future!"
