Stonerush Lakes Lodges Reviews

"I fell in love with the lodge and didn't want to come home! The only downside would have been the lack of street lighting. Quite scary when you return from a night out."

"Will definately revisit. Very relaxing with lots of added little touches. Hot tub a must!"
Bridget - Nov 2014
"Wonderful location and lodge and a very relaxing and peaceful holiday"

"First class accommodation with first class facilities. Particularly liked the hot tub and great views from the decking area."
John - Nov 2014
"It felt like the Lodge had just come out of its wrapping for the first time. Very new feeling, very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow. Wonderful bathrooms especially the en-suite and a bath in the bedroom - very romantic."
Lee - Nov 2014
"The quality of the lodge was second to none, every need was catered for from kitchen utensils to board games , the finish of the lodge was quite luxurious and the hot tub was in permenant use - we would love to return sooner rather than later and have recommended to all"
Rachel - Oct 2014
"Very well appointed with very nice modern fittings and lots of nice touches making this 5 star accommodation. Beds very comfortable and quality bed linen. Very nice shower and general bathroom fittings. Lodge was very roomy even for 4 adult sized people."
Peter - Oct 2014
"A very well presented lodge set in a lovely location, perfect for a relaxing break away. Would definitely stay here again. Although Unfortunately the outside hot tub had broken on our week here and was not fixed until we went home, so we were very disappointed with this! At present we are still waiting to here from head office about a refund!"
Natasha - Oct 2014
"The lodge was spacious and very surprising when we walked in a lot bigger than we thought, the kitchen had everything you wanted in fact I would like a kitchen like that"
Chrissie - Oct 2014
"Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub clean and nice and hot.
Gowns, slippers and towels for hot tub.
Two bathrooms, washer/dryer and dishwasher provided.
Free wifi available so could keep in contact with the outside world!
Instant response to replace light bulb in shower room."

"Great accomadation, hope the standards remain high"
Judy - Oct 2014
"beautiful location by the lake quiet and secluded .Would have preferred to drive car nearer to the lodge as we had to walk over sharp shingle all the time and of course on arrival when you have a number of bags. The bistro was excellent only marred by the chef going sick on our 43rd anniversary but we had had 2 dinners and 2 take away's very good Very near to some lovely places"
Jacqueline - Oct 2014
"Beautiful location and lodge. We had the most amazing 7 days and will definitely be going back. A little piece of heaven."
Leanne - Sep 2014
"Accommodation / location / food and staff 10 out of 10.Only down side is that the lakes and paths around the lakes have been neglected in some places so very few locations to fish from due to it being overgrown which is a shame as I picked this site for fishing and it has so much potential."
William - Sep 2014
"There were some burn marks on bathroom ledges and kitchen top which made you hope you were not going to get the blame for it plates were chipped as well from dish washer I expect. couple of the blind adjusters missing had to use fingers. But it was done out nice. Hot tub was a delight."
Valerie - Sep 2014
"Fantastic place for quiet relaxing holiday"
Janice - Sep 2014
"TV didn't work but we weren't that fussed. (Bedroom TV.)"
Olivia - Sep 2014
"Gorgeous lodge, contemporary and really well equppied, I could have stayed there all week and not left the lodge!"

Ben - Aug 2014
"Very well furnished & the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home! Touches such as books in the children's bedroom were very nice."
Judith - Aug 2014
"Seemed expensive but you get what you pay for. We could easily have moved in a stayed there permanently, but we had to come home. Well appointed with all the mod cons and appliances. The lodge was very spacious and there was more than enough room for our family of four. Beautiful views overlooking the lake, and what could be better than being greeted every morning by the quack of ducks and the splashing of the carp.
The nicest property we have had the pleasure of staying in."
Pete - Aug 2014
"Beautiful lodge. Amazing spot on the lake. The hot tub was fab! Had to wait an entire week for them to get the hot water in the bath working- this could have been faster."
