Lodge was beautiful and beyond our expectations. Surroundings and views from the lodge were stunning. Loved the hot tub which was toasty and ready to jump into as soon as we arrived. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Really enjoyable stay in a loverly lodge. Have already recommended to friends and colleagues.

Date of stay: 22nd June 2018
Absolutely fantastic place to holiday! The lodge itself was beautiful inside and out, it has been finished to a very high standard! Comfortable and cosy. The hot tub was a particular favourite. Our only downside would be that it was checked everyday which meant we where sometimes planning around when we thought the owner would be turning up to use the hot tub so we weren't in it when they wanted to check it which could've been awkward.
Elissia, Darlaston
Date of stay: 18th June 2018
Excellent will definitely return. Would love to stay for longer but the lack of WiFi makes this difficult as we still need to be able to contact others for work purposes but unable to do so because of poor signal and no wifi

Date of stay: 30th March 2018
Buckingham Lodge was lovely, modern, and spacious, a top of the range Lodge.

We loved the ensuite corner bath and the super comfy super kingside bed.

The hot tub was fabulous and had a great view of the lake.

The only minor niggle was that there was no rear exit so to get to the hot tub you had to go out of the main door. It would have been nice if the fencing/gate extended past the door but as I say this is just a very minor suggestion for improvement.

Fantastic lodge fitted out to a very high standard. Hot tub amazing well worth the money .only 2 downsides were nothing at all within walking distance .& the fishing was poor very small carp.
Karen
Great lodge, great park. So peaceful
Carole
Beautiful property . Furnished to very high standard yet still feels really homely. Everything really clean and well kept. Hot tub a lovely addition as was the complimentary bottle of wine in chiller. Would most defenitely recommend to others and will be revisiting ourselves in the future.
Deborah
Fabulous quiet park in the countryside, lovely dark nights with very little light pollution. Literally two minutes and you are in Wales.
Helen
Lodge was lovely very clean and modern, lovely peaceful location, very warm and extremely comfy beds.
Elizabeth
This is a stunning lodge with the best hot tub we've had. With a few tweaks we would have quite happily given 10/10. The view over the pond is lovely but the trees were bare so unfortunately we could see the houses which were close by. The decking are was large and lovely to relax on. We thought we were going to be away from traffic etc but we were on the edge of the village. This village doesn't have shops or eating places that we could see. Ellesmere is only a short drive which has plenty of local shops and a Tesco. Ellesmere was lovely for a walk around the mere or along the canal. Lovely tea rooms and other eating places here. There are many walks available but best to look them up before you go as at present there isn't a information book in the lodge. After speaking to the very friendly owner on departure, and mentioning the odd things to him, we feel this lodge will be an extremely high standard in a very short while. Make sure you take a hairdryer and a shaver plug if you use an electric razor.
Rachael
Fantastic log cabin. We will definitely be back. Staff were very friendly when I contacted them about visitors, and couldn’t be more accommodating.
Anne
Lodge location was really peaceful, and the lodge was really cosy. We managed to fish every day and caught carp and roach, our boys were really happy with that, especially when we were fishing in February. Bed was super comfy, and Hot Tub definitely a winner. Would definitely recommend this lodge really clean and bathroom and showers were great. Robes and slippers were provided for us, and it was Valentines weekend so rose petals on the bed and Bottle of wine were left for us. If I could make one suggestion, it would be a long handled indoor brush and mop maybe to be left in the porch, especially when my boys were coming in from fishing or the hot tub. Maybe a couple more pyrex dishes for the oven. Apart from that had a great week. Thanks.
Jayde
Amazing place, the lodge is very modern and very spacious, had an amazing time, the hot tub was perfect, love how the bed and table was all made from real wood, was no reception so your left to your own devices wich is really nice will definitely be returning.
Jonathan
We had a great time here. Fantastic lodge and location. We will defiantly be coming again.
Wayne
