About Landal Kenwick Woods

This holiday park holds a spectacular array of onsite amenities, including indulgent spa treatments, a gym and corresponding fitness class schedule, and an outdoor hydrotherapy pool ideal for winding down after your workout.

Have a go at the unique activities available, including axe and knife throwing, archery, and even a quad bike course if you’re brave! Golfers will enjoy the sprawling 18-hole golf course stretching across the Kenwick Park Estate grounds, and be sure to taste the delicious food offered at the Fairways restaurant, before enjoying your favourite tipple at the Keepers Conservatory Bar.

Choose from a selection of premium accommodation: the Horncastle Spa is a two-bedroom holiday home with a stylish interior and large French doors leading out onto the spacious veranda. The living space is beautifully designed with modern décor and high ceilings.

The Alford Spa is another two-bedroom holiday spot, with wooden detail inside, a modern kitchen, and plush furnishings throughout. Both holiday homes boast a bubbling hot tub on the exterior decking - the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring.

There's plenty to explore in the Lincolnshire Wolds! The quaint market town of Louth is just a few miles away, with bustling food markets and delicious local produce to sample. Admire the town’s Georgian and Victorian architecture or take a hike up the nearby Hubbard's Hills.

The vibrant city of Lincoln is also nearby, with tons of history, heritage and culture to discover: wander around Lincoln Castle, or climb to the top of the intricately designed Lincoln Cathedral for breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Landal Kenwick Woods Reviews

"The lodge was great well stocked and great size. Hot tub was amazing. Just the small issue of limited places to keep food in the kitchen area."
Verified Guest - Apr 2024
"Pet plus lodge was brilliant. Enough space for 4 people to stay with two doubles each with its own shower and toilet. Great hot tub and use of the pool and spa facilities. The gym too was great. Nice secluded location not too far to drive to nearest tiwn/village and 30 minutes from the seaside."
Nicola - Apr 2024
"Accommodation clean and had everything we needed for 4 of us."
Lisa - Apr 2024
"Lovely place, would certainly book again for a weekend break"
Emma - Apr 2024
"Me and my partner had a lovely time at Kenwick woods. We stayed in the Tennyson Spa lodge. It was lovely and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Wasnt much space to put our clothes but we did manage. Our only disappointments were, when we arrived we realised we didnt have any toilet roll. We asked at reception and she said she would look into it, but was not brought any. We then asked one of the cleaners the following morning, that we saw cleaning the next lodge. She reluctantly gave us one and said we need to go and buy our own! The other thing was the towels. We were only supplied with one towel each, this was a bit disappointing as we had a hot tub. But other than this we had a great week. I will definitely return, but will be bringing extra towels and toilet rolls! haha."

"We and our dogs had a lovely time, looking forward to our next visit. Lodge was lovely and had everything we needed."
Rose - Mar 2024
"My friends and I enjoyed a lovely weekend in a Brayford Lodge last weekend. The lodge was well furnished but would have benefited from slightly more equipment such as a cafetire, crockery & cutlery for 8 people and more serving dishes in the kitchen. The double bedrooms were good and one of the twin rooms adequate, but the 4th bedroom was not really suitable for 2 grown adults as very narrow single beds in a very small room. My friend chose to sleep on the sofa instead of sharing this room due to the cramped conditions. Would have been suitable for children though, or alternatively that room could just contain one decent sized bed and the lodge advertised for 7 adults and not 8. One of my friends needed a room on her own, so although we were a group of 7, we needed to use both of the single beds. The hot tub was fabulous and well maintained and the maintenance staff we spoke to to obtain some additional kitchen equipment were very helpful and friendly. The heating and hot water system also good and adequate.Sadly the pool area wasnt open for use last weekend and we didnt use any of the facilities outside of the lodge but there is lots of lovely places to visit and see and plenty of walks around this area. All in all we had an enjoyable stay but a few additional tweaks as detailed above would have made our stay more comfortable."

"Very poor value for money and even thought purchased pet friendly the accommodation was not suitable for pets"
Verified Guest - Feb 2024
"The family changing was excellent , the baby changing table and the strap in seat were very useful.Really nice pool , clean , spa had a lot to choose from."
Connor - Feb 2024
"There was an option of using the spa facilities and getting treatments but we did not use them. We were given a leaflet when we arrived with the prices and options available which was nice."
Melissa - Feb 2024
"We came here for a short break for Valentines Day. Unfortunately when we arrived there was no WiFi and couldnt watch the television, we also found muddy foot prints over the carpets in each bedroom. Once we rang reception and told them they said somebody would be round in the morning first thing which they werent. We then went to swimming and got told we cant use the facilities as theyve been fully booked which at no point did we get told to book swimming. The lodge also had paint coming off the radiators and people kept walking past and looking in our hot tubs which was no privacy."
Adam - Feb 2024
"Fantastic lodge! Clean, lots of appliances for 6 of us. Comfy, lots of space & perfect for out trip!"
Cara - Feb 2024
"A super spacious lodge. Very very comfortable, clean with the added bonus of a utility room for all the dogs things and muddy shoes. We were super impressed with the lodge; it's setting and size and it is easily the best lodge we have ever stayed in"
Peter - Feb 2024
"The only thing wrong was the dishwasher Tablet holder was broken but we washed up so no real problem."
Rachel - Jan 2024
"Excellent, comfortable lodge stay with hot tub. Extremely warm and cosy inside even with the recent cold temperatures we've had.The Lodge was cleaned to a high standard as was the hot tub. Lodge users have free access to the onsite swimming pool, spa, and gym which is a great added bonus."
Luke - Jan 2024
"The perfect get away for a girls weekend the lodge was absolutely huge and kept to a high standard. Comfortable beds, spacious for lounging and eating - we were a group of 6. Good storage and overall just a wonderful weekend away!"
Sophie - Jan 2024
"We were very happy with our little lodge comfortable & warm in a lovely spot Would definitely come again"
Verified Guest - Jan 2024
"Overall the cabin was lovely, just a few pointers. The hot tub was not private at all, ours was facing the road and everyone could see us who drove or walked past. Also we stayed in a pet friendly one and if your pets like ours like to be with you all the time its not good when youre in the tub there is no where for them to roam that is secure."
Laura - Jan 2024
"Great location, good having allmof the facilities on site.Good value for money.Overall very clean.Only issue was that there was no light near the hot tub so was pitch black and not really useable in the late afternoon/evening.Lodge 103"

"Lovely surroundings peace and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodation was excellent and everything you need even a dishwasher. The swimming pool wasn't to over crowded and facilities was excellent will be going again ."
Mark - Aug 2022
"Lovely lodge. Very clean, only downside was how far it was to walk to the spa and hotel restaurant. Not a lot for kids, a park might be a good idea."

"Fantastic holiday we stayed in a 1 bed lodge with our dog. Very clean and enough room for 2 people and great hot tub."
Paula - Jul 2022
"Lodge was lovely, staff were very friendly. Lovely base for heading to the beach. The site could do with a play area for kids or some open area to play in away from the roads."

Rushmoor Country Park - GU10 1ET
about 3 Miles
Located in Louth in Lincolnshire this is an ideal attraction when you want to get out in the fresh air and explore. There are many animals to see including ponies and piglets which the little ones love.  There are also some amazing birds from hawks and falcons to owls.  Most aspects of this attraction are included in the admission cost and as well as wandering around you get to hold and feed the animals too.  A real highlight are the micro pigs which are just like real pigs but in miniature.  Fully grown they are around the size of a spaniel!  If you get hungry then you can take your own picnic to the picnic areas or head for the tea room selling delicious food and children's meals too.
Pleasure Island - DN35 0PL
about 13 Miles
Wow this is an amazing family theme park and you will probably need the full day to experience it all.  From thrilling rides to family shows, kids of all ages are catered for.  Some of the most popular rides include the Obliterator and The Pendulus, not forgetting the Hypoblaster.   Family shows are entertaining such as the African Acrobat Show which is back by popular demand.  Entrance tickets are good value and if you book online you will receive a discount. To save even more money if you live locally or are visiting the area for a few weeks you could buy a season ticket for around £50 which will allow you entry for the whole season.
The Jungle Zoo - NR31 9EY
about 14 Miles
Centred around a Tropical House in an amazing jungle like setting this is a really unique attraction that will appeal to families.  In the Cleethorpes area of Lincolnshire it's easy to get to and offers a fun yet educational experience.  Referred to as the number one attraction in the area highlights include capuchin monkeys, meerkats, ring tailed lemur and for the children African pygmy goats.  The tropical house features Red Eared and other Terrapins from North America and goldfish amongst other things.  We think The Jungle Zoo represents excellent value for money too.  We recommend a whole day to explore this attraction and ensure you get to see all of the animals resident there.
Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB
about 19 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
