Mallory Meadows Reviews

"Very nice accommodation."
Simon - Jul 2020
"The roundhouse has everything we needed for a great stay. It was relaxing, it was in a beautiful setting with amazing hosts.
If I was going to say anything negative it would be that the bed wasnt to our comfort but we are used to our bed at home."
Hayley - Jul 2020
"Nice site for a simple relaxed holiday"
Catherine - Jul 2020
"Great holiday and will definately be booking again"
Scott - Jul 2020
"Lovely 4 night stay, view outside the cabin is so peaceful and quiet & has some lovely walks near by. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only downsides we had were that the church bells behind the cabin go off all day and night every half an hour which wakes you up during the night so bring some ear plugs. There is also no freezer inside the cabin but the owners offer you space inside their personal freezer if needed. Other than that we hadr a great stay. Thank you"
Emily - Jul 2020
"Exactly what we needed from our break away, peaceful and enjoyable. Exceeded all our expectations. The lodge was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. We will definitely go back!"

Definitely recommend! I will be returning again. Great value, beautiful surroundings, easily accessible, multiple options, very relaxing."

Katie - Aug 2019
"Mallory Meadows was just the kind of place we needed to stay. There were 3 of us and a dog, we stayed in Squirrel Lodge :it was quaint, peaceful and relaxing, we also loved the internal decor, the whole feel of the lodge was calming . It proved to be an excellent base for us to visit others areas in Leicestershire nd we enjoyed returning "home" to relax in the hot tub. The open spaces surrounding the park were excellent for dog walking which is important for our family.
We highly recommend Mallory Meadow and if we return to Leicester we can't imagine staying any where else."
Julie - Aug 2019
"We will definitely be coming back. We have also recommended to all friends and family!"
Beth - Jul 2019
"The lodge was small compared to what weve stayed in before, I would maybe recommend it would be for couples. Although if I had of put the sofa bed away every day we would have had more space. But when Im on holiday I like to relax, not to have to make the beds etc if I dont want to. This did not take away from the lovely place that it is or our experience here"
Rachael - Jul 2019
"I love this place and will definitely go back, its a hidden treasure with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday"
Tiara - Jun 2019
"Lodge was very clean and had pretty much everything you would need. It was very modern. Only thing was that we stayed for 4nights and it would have been nice to have a toaster and microwave in the lodge but there just wasnt enough space but managed to get around these minor inconveniences. Great location, great hosts, great time away."
Gareth - Jun 2019
"Meadows 2 is a cute little cottage, perfect for a short getaway for 2 and the hot tub was lovely, hot tub does look towards the next cottage and doesn't have quite the same privacy as others appears to have."
Lizzie - Jun 2019
"Really really great staff hospitality was excellent the place was very clean and hygienic overall a fantastic adventure"
Mustafa - May 2019
"Excellent break. Very quirky lodge and loved the hot tub.
Would definitely go back."
Jeff - Apr 2019

The centre's hosts were very welcoming and friendly on our arrival and helping us make the most of our stay by providing information regarding the cabin use and also on places of interest to visit."
Nigel - May 2022
"We absolutely loved our stay! Me my partner and dog. (Puppy) beautiful cabin inside and outside. Loved the personal touch with the gift bag full of goodies even something for the dog when we arrived. We had our own private fenced garden area with hot tub which was amazing! Fairy lights in the evening was a nice touch! So relaxing. We had very warm weather whilst our stay which made it even better! The fields and scenery literally next door to the accommodation was great! We took the dog their everyday for a run around. Very handy on your door step! Shops and pubs / restaurants also close. We even had a chippy delivered to the cabin! Inside had everything you needed. Massive walk in shower was lovely! Bed comfortable two. Couldn’t fault anything. Also the 2 hosts were super friendly and helpful if we needed anything they were their. Also gave us some tips on nice places to visit with the dog during our stay which we did! Always waved and said hello when we saw them but we were left alone majority as we like. Thankyou very much for a wonderful week away! Would deffo recommend and we will be back ??"

"Absolutely beautiful location, with lots of places to explore. I couldn't have asked for anymore in regards to facilitates and what was available. Really appreciated the owners thought and consideration for making us and our dog feel welcomed and have everything everything we might need and a little more prepared before we arrived. Really would recommend and look forward to visiting again"

Jill - Apr 2022
"You will NOT be disappointed! We stayed in one of the roundhouses (Jenny Wren) it was absolutely beautiful, super clean, so many little finishing personalised touches which just make your stay so much better and a lovely handwritten welcome letter with a few goodies. Perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing, calm break away as Jenny Wren is located in a very private position. The weather was amazing when we stayed during the Easter break (2022) we would 100% recommend to anyone to visit. If you’re into walking, we’d recommend Bradgate Park. It’s beautiful there and you will also see lots of deer. We will definitely be looking to book again!"
