{"id":141,"date":"2025-09-18T09:45:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T08:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lodgeswithhottubs.org.uk\/help\/our-park-visits\/ribblesdale-lodges-4-night-break.html"},"modified":"2025-09-18T11:54:56","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T10:54:56","slug":"ribblesdale-lodges-4-night-break","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lodgeswithhottubs.org.uk\/help\/our-park-visits\/ribblesdale-lodges-4-night-break.html","title":{"rendered":"Ribblesdale Lodges Review &#8211; My Family&#8217;s 4 Night Break"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 10px; border: 1px solid black;\" title=\"ribblesdale lodges\" src=\"\/images\/rib1.jpg\" alt=\"ribblesdale lodges\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/>Yesterday we returned from a 4 night break at Ribblesdale Lodges in the Ribble Valley.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of staying in one of the lodges we chose to try their unique cottage accommodation, a charming semi detached cottage set within a wooded glade.<\/p>\n<p>The two cottages are called Gamekeepers Cottage and Fisherman&#8217;s Cottage and sit alone on the outskirts of the park, in a magnificent setting.<\/p>\n<p>The views are amazing and there is a stream at the bottom of the garden.<\/p>\n<p>A ten minute walk through fields and passed horses takes you to the main park where all the lodges are located.<\/p>\n<p>The coffee and farm shop called Hindelinis also doubles as the reception and the staff are very helpful and friendly.<\/p>\n<p>Of particular mention is the fabulous food in Hindelinis which is home made in an open plan kitchen.\u00a0 We tried a curry and a steak sandwich with peppercorn sauce, both of which were outstanding. our little girl had the home made burger which was also excellent.<\/p>\n<p>The farm shop sells jams and local produce as well as essentials you might need on your lodge break.<\/p>\n<p>The lodges are luxurious and stylish with a range of sizes and designs.\u00a0 Perfect for special occasions and honeymoons.\u00a0 The Darcy lodges are beautiful and the Morland Lodges are a great size for families. All of the lodges come with outdoor hot tubs.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 10px; border: 1px solid black; float: left;\" title=\"Ribblesdale Lodges\" src=\"\/images\/rib3.jpg\" alt=\"ribblesdale lodges \" width=\"243\" height=\"324\" \/>There are plenty of places to explore in the area and our favourite day out was a trip to Bowland Wild Boar Park which had a brilliant play area for children and plenty of animals to see, as well as some lovely walks and a cafe.<\/p>\n<p>We would highly recommend Ribblesdale Lodges for special occasions and after our visit, it&#8217;s easy to see why they get so many repeat guests.<\/p>\n<p>The park is very well maintained, the lodges and cottages are lovely and the location is stunning.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/north-of-england\/yorkshire-dales\/ribblesdale-lodges.html\">Latest prices and availability at Ribblesdale Lodges \u00bb<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday we returned from a 4 night break at Ribblesdale Lodges in the Ribble Valley.
