Old Barn House Living Room<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

As soon as you enter, the cottage\u2019s roominess becomes apparent. The large entrance way is ideal for storing shoes and coats so that they\u2019re easily accessible before a long day out. Just off the entrance hall is the ground floor bedroom \u2018sycamore\u2019 which can either be a twin or superking room depending on your preference. Equip with a smart TV, a shower room opposite and direct access to the lounge area and dining room, this bedroom caters perfectly for less able guests.<\/p>\n

Also on the ground floor are the kitchen, lounging and dining areas. Cook up delightful meals in the open kitchen, home to all the utensils you could wish for. If cooking isn\u2019t for you, head to the local pub, another nearby restaurant or treat yourself to a takeaway. Eat around the excellent oak table before retiring to the lounge area. The added convenience of a dishwasher and fridge with water dispenser allows you to spend more quality time with family and friends and less time washing up.<\/p>\n

Stunning Garden Area with Private Hot Tub<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

There\u2019s even a wine cooler, superb for chilling a white wine or Prosecco to enjoy on the patio, overlooking the rolling hills. The patio can be accessed from sliding doors located in the living room. Open these during the summer to allow a cool breeze into the room while watching Netflix on the smart TV or lounging on the sofa with a book. A utility room with a hoover, washer drier, clothes horse, iron and ironing board can also be found on this level.<\/p>\n

Moving upstairs, the first floor is home to three more bedrooms. \u2018Rowan\u2019 boasts a king size bed while \u2018Holly\u2019 can be either a twin room or a superking if preferred. The master bedroom, \u2018Maple\u2019, has a superking bed, a smart TV and an en suite with bath, shower, toilet and hand basin. Each room is light and spacious with a modern yet homely feel.<\/p>\n

Old Barn House has just as much to offer with its exterior as it does interior. A lovely selection of rattan furniture would make a brilliant spot for al fresco dining, a barbeque, or just to play some card games in the last light of the evening. View the sunset over the green and luscious countryside from the jacuzzi hot tub, large enough to accommodate six adults. As night falls retreat to the hammock for some stargazing thanks to this properties rural location resulting in some incredible dark skies. Not only is the garden a lovely area to relax in, you are welcome to play a range of outdoor games as this cottage offers use of football, badminton and cricket equipment.<\/p>\n

If you can tear yourself away from this stunning property the local area has plenty to do. Walk just 350m to a picturesque fishing lake. Venturing further, you can visit a range of castles and gardens, Symonds Yat and Forest of Dean, or the International Birds of Prey Centre. Take a trip to Gloucester or Cheltenham<\/a> and discover their history. For those looking for something more adventurous there are options for canoeing, clay pigeon shooting, rock climbing, go karting and more all nearby.
