Nodes Point Reviews

"We enjoyed the stay at Nodes Point, accommodation was comfortable and facilities on-site family friendly (albeit quiet and not that ambient out of season). The only issue was that the park is quite remote - we hoped to use local buses to get around but this proved difficult due to road closures and the fact there is a single hourly bus that takes ages to get anywhere you might want to visit as a holiday maker."

"It was the best holiday we have had the lodge was so lovely trying to save for next year and see if we can have the same one as it is our 60th wedding anniversary in June it would be a lovely way to remember it by. The staff on site are lovely one even remembered us from last year when we had a touring van, the site is well maintained. I know the site well as a relation of mine started it years ago so I spent a lot of time there as I was brought up in St Helen's, I just hope you dont do away with camping as a lot of my relations use it. 10 out of 10 for everything well done keep it up see you next year Nodes"

"Very basic. No basic necessities such as a pair of oven gloves or washing up items, or toilet roll usually provided.Entertainment very lame.Would not recommend"
Tara - Nov 2023
"Absolutely fantastic caravan wonderful location, was as clean as I would of liked cobwebs on fire extinguisher and a blood stain on the sofa, but apart from that we couldn't of asked for a better break to celebrate a special birthday."
Yvette - Nov 2023
"The location of our caravan was excellent fixtures and fittings and furniture and everything in the caravan was very good. The only problem we had is when the electricity went off on the Wednesday. This went off in the morning and I reported it at 9 oclock to the reception. As we were going out for the day. We had no idea when the electricity was due to come back on. On our return at 4:30 pm, we open the door to find the electricity still off. I went straight to the reception and reported this and they said the electricity and come back on about 12 oclock. As we was out, I asked why somebody Im not going in tomorrow Caravan and check that the electricity was on the reason being is we had freezer stuff to the Value £100 and I feel that the reception staff shouldve made sure that the electricity was back on in our caravan. I had to throw away all the freezer stuff and did report this to the reception but was offered no compensation and no apology. That was the only disappointing bit of the holiday. The rest of the holiday was excellent. The issue I also had was when we arrived and booked in and was given our keys one hour later somebody from reception came down and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. Hes just a pity that wasnt followed up on when the electricity went off as nobody even came to ask or, or get in touch with us to say the electricity was back on."

"The caravan was set in an idyllic area, and the caravan was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the caravan neatly hidden away and there was enough space for the whole family. Our view from the caravan was stunning and overlooked the beach only a 5 minute walk away. There are many and various activities for the whole family and plenty to do if you find yourself stuck in on a rainy day. I would defiantly recommend the site and they have deserved the 5* rating I have left."
Paige - Nov 2023
"Lovely lodge to stay in, beautiful view of the sea. Watched the moon rise from the hot tub and it was stunning. Definitely stay here again."
Louise - Nov 2023
"Was a lovely park and great location we had a lovely accommodation was missing some bits and a little worn in places but was still nice. The entertainment team were good but expected better main event entertainment/ entertainers one night in particular had a singer that the team were saying was a excellent singer but was the worse I have ever seen an everyone around us thought was a joke but he really could not sing. Kids liked the arcade but lots of the games were faulty alway having to look for staff to sort out and some time just one young member of staff in there and needed a lot more as machines were so faulty. The beach was great and lived the rock pools and finding crabs and creatures. All in was one of the better parkdean parks could just do with sorting entertainment."

Jeanie - Aug 2019
"Nodes Point is great... my only criticism is that the chalet we were renting did not have WiFi and the 4G was extremely patchy so it kind of needed it. However, WiFi is available in the restaurant."
Martin - Aug 2019
"Had an excellent time here and would definitely like to come back in the future."
Sharon - Aug 2019
"We went backpacking with the kids. We catch the ferry and bought bus pass for a week so my husband can have a break from driving. Lovely holiday enjoyed by all."
Margaretha - Jul 2019
"We had a great time ,everywhere was clean and tidy ,the only thing I can say is I would have liked to be higher up nearer the clubroom as it is hilly there and my partner has problems walking up steep slopes. but not really complaining as this was a last minute break."
Heather - Jun 2019
"I loved it.. my first ever holiday booked and chosen by myself. Il be hoping to visit again next year some time"
Justin - Jun 2019

"Dimbola Lodge at Nodes Point was a lovely place to stay. The site is large, but is very well looked after. The Lodge itself is incredible - with everything you need. Our Lodge could sleep four people comfortably. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom."

"Fantastic holiday, fun ferry ride over. Will come again."
Fran - Apr 2019
"The best place ever"
Gillian - Aug 2022
"we have been coming to the island for years and this has been the best time we have had, The staff were amazing, the pool and life guards were great, the kids loved it when the life guard squirted them with the hose. To be able to walk to a beach on site and also have priory Bay in walking distance was a massive highlight for me, I've already been sending people links for Nodes point and will definitely be booking for next year. Hearing all their laughter and seeing my kids faces light up and be so happy and relaxed was the cherry on the cake for both my husband and I. we've done nothing but talk about it.. Thank you for the wonderful happy memories"
Joanne - Aug 2022
"Lovely camp, beautiful caravans"
Maria - Jul 2022
"Entertainment & pub were top notch"
Alex - Jul 2022
"We had a very enjoyable experience with the facilities and friendliness of staff. The only downside was in the availability of food in the restaurant. For a seaside resort to not have fish and chips available all week is not good. Also by wednesday the scampi had run out and there were no Pizzas available after the first night for the rest of the week. I had plenty of choice but my two muslim refugees can only eat Halal meat so without fish or pizzas there was very little choice on the menu for them. Surely in the 21st century there could be at least one Halal option. The table ordering did not work and with only 1 member of staff taking orders and getting drinks the queues were long and slow."
Graham - Jul 2022
"Beautiful place. Well worth a visit. Lovely staff"
Lee - Jul 2022
"Lovely location lovely friendly staff chalet could've been a bit cleaner on arrival but overall a great stay and will come back again as have before ?"
Lucy - Jul 2022
"Best holiday ever, 1st time to the Isle of white and was not disappointed. The park is amazing with fantastic views and amazing staff. The lodge was spotless with everything you need. The food on site is great value for money and tastes great. We loved it that much we plan to book again for even longer."
