Landal Barton Pines Reviews

"Would definately come back again"
Margaret - Aug 2020
"Floor wasnt swept it had lots of grit and dirt the minute we arrived. Restaurant has a lovely view just a shame the drinks are so expensive as you could just drink at the lodge.
Access to walk your dog in the lovely countryside would be good to be more obvious."
Zoe - Aug 2020
"If you are looking for a peaceful getaway you won't get much better than here. Absolutely wonderful"
Mandie - Aug 2020
"Fab time lovely lodge"
Joanne - Aug 2020
"This has been reviewed as dated not use why as its not t all.
There were no issues with the lodge what so ever really well equipped.
Will be returning."
Sheena - Aug 2020
"Overall above average"
Stephen - Aug 2020
"The apartment was lovely and we couldn't have asked for more, given Covid restricions. My only criticism would be the very limited choice of healthy food in the restaurant. The food was good but, needing to have a gluten/lactose free meal, there wasn't a lot of choice."
Sheila - Aug 2020
"Apartment was spacious. Very modern and the kitchen was fully equipped. Huge fridge & freezer!
The beds were so comfy. The site has really considered safety elements such as hand sanitiser was placed everywhere and they ask you to strip your bedding which keeps their staff safe.

The only thing we didnt like so much was that the people above us in the apartment were running around at times so it made it really loud, but it is an apartment people will be above or below you."
Chloe - Aug 2020
"Pricey but would have been more if Spa facilities were open. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay."
Rosey - Aug 2020
"Slight smell from drains when going outside, otherwise the room we had number 46 was excellent. Not sure i would like one on ground floor though."
Rob - Aug 2020
"Some decorating needed doing but overall a lovely place to stay"
Helen - Aug 2020
"Excellent cant wait to go back"
Helen - Jul 2020
"Enjoyable would of been lot better with facilities open on site but thats no fault of the parks due to Covid"
Stephen - Jul 2020
"Overall had a great stay ."
John - Jul 2020
"Very good quality modern accomodation.

Road leading to the holiday site is rather narrow and has lots of blind bends and crests, so best to take it steady when going to and from the location.

Car parking for one car per unit. Overspill car park if using a second car. Loading/unloading thus can be a bit tricky with two car families. Could have been better served at the design stage by having slightly less buildings and more spaces/parking around the Lodges."
Steven - Jul 2020
"We had a fantastic few nights and would thoroughly recommend."
Rachel - Jul 2020
"Clean and tidy with everything needed for our stay. Gorgeous hot tub and lovely setting."
Hayley - Jul 2020
"can't fault accommodation 10/10."
Kyle - Jul 2020
"Chose Barton Pines for location and the self catering option coupled with the standard of accommodation - not disappointed. Good allowances for Covid measures.
The mansion suites appeared to be the quietest option which suited us.
Saw very few people, minimal passing traffic whilst on site and would recommend for that tranquil need for a relaxing break."
Darren - Jul 2020
"We enjoyed ourselves, it was nice to get away with everything going on we still managed to find places open and things to do. The lodge was perfect for what we needed, the hot tub was lovely! The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. Very relaxing"
Zoe - Jul 2020
"Unable to comment on restaurant and spa due to being close because of Coronavirus"
Steven - Mar 2020
"Would recommend going again to this place. Loved the hottub too."
Nathan - Mar 2020
"Had a great weekend loved the lodge and the hot tub"
Maxine - Mar 2020
"The only negative was it wasn't long enough. But we hope to come again in November."
Michelle - Mar 2020
"Second time here and there will be many more to come its friendly quiet and peaceful with lots to do and plenty of down time aswell, really relaxing and worth every penny."
Richard - Mar 2020
"Lovely holiday, accommodation
Well equipped. Staff friendly & helpful."
Kay - Feb 2020
"We absolutely loved the first visit in 2019 and we were not disappointed this time either! I absolutely loved the lodge and the service we received from the staff on site."
Molly - Feb 2020
"Great holiday, amazing place and staff"
Verified Guest - Feb 2020
"Lovely modern and clean accommodation. Would visit again and recommend to others."
Andy - Feb 2020
"As mentioned earlier my only suggestion would be shelter provided for hot tubs to make it more enjoyable if rubbish weather ."
Lydia - Feb 2020
"This was a beautiful complex. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It's location is situated away from the town and shops so if you need milk, bread etc you have to drive to the nearest supermarket which is 10 mins in the car ( waitrose). Unable to take dog for a walk outside of the complex due to the country lanes (and no pavements) . However the complex is extremely dog friendly - even poop bags provided. If your looking for a relaxing stay then this is the place for you - we thoroughly enjoyed."
Lisa - Aug 2022
"Extremely helpful and friendly manager , not frightened to get stuck in and help if staff not available or busy"
Paula - Aug 2022
"Loved our stay and the restaurant was amazing plus the views for.the bar amazing. Would highly recommend ?"
Julie - Aug 2022
"Absolutely fantastic stay, the lodge we stayed in was well worth the money and the hot tub was fantastic. We will definitely be booking again. Would highly recommend ? We had so much room in the lodge as it was just the 2 of us. I am a coeliac, the restaurant catered for me, I had a burger it was delicious."
Tina - Jul 2022
"Absolutely loved our stay. Apartment Mansion Suite 3 number 48 was amazing. Loved every minute of it and didn’t want to come home."
Louise - Jul 2022
"Third time we’ve stayed and still impressed with the place. Only thing missing is air con!"
James - Jul 2022
"Fantastic lodge (no 31). Really well equipped, loads of space and a locely hottub. 2 small niggles, considering the kitchen has full size fridge freezer, dish washer and oven/hob, a washing machine would have also been very useful. Also the en suite shower tray was not non-slip and pretty treacherous when wet. Other than that fantastic."
Cat - Jul 2022
"Fantastic base to explore the area."
