Foxhunter Park Reviews

"Caravan was lovely, mattresss could have been a bit more comfortable(springs) Stains on the bedding. But overall the caravan was beautiful very homely, good wifi, Netflix in caravan. Beautiful site."
Verified Guest - Jan 2024
"As I have said the Van was in a different condition than we had on our last visit"
Verified Guest - Dec 2023
"only complaint bed to soft for my liking.every thing else good or very good."
Darren - Nov 2023
"Lovely lovely caravan"
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"Caravan was a bit smaller than I would have liked, my fault for not checking. Heater was either off or too hot no adjustment. One of the gas taps was broken and unuseable. No room to walk either side of bed, will get a bigger caravan next time. Overall satisfactory."
Andrew - Nov 2023
"It was a lovely caravan, we had four of us and I would say it was too small for a family of four but we made it work. For a couple or family with one child it would be fine."
Elizabeth - Nov 2023
"Bedroom heater didnt work, sofa was broken and van was very small."
Lindsey - Nov 2023
"Needs updating and perhaps a clean of carpets and soft furnishings"
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"Very impressed with the set up and appearance of the site. Excellent swimming pool. Only downside was the closure of restaurant and clubhouse until Thursday of each week from early September. For us OAP's however that was not a problem."
Michael Brockwell - Nov 2023
"The Quex caravan, despite the picture has no balcony. However we were moved by the Foxhunter staff to another van! this was lovely"
SUSAN - Nov 2023
"The caravan was lovely and spacious and very clean. It also had lots of crockery and cutlery. The beds were very nice with very clean linen."
Rhiannon - Nov 2023
"We stayed at Canterbury 6 Plus which is a Caravan and we were impressed with the set out of it, very clean and comfortable. We stayed for four nights. Luckily the Club house was open as it was Halloween and they decorated it so well. We were disappointed the swimming pool was not heated as this was the reason we chose the Caravan site also there seemed to be a lack of staff so the onsite shop was closed. We managed to go to Ramsgate and Broadstairs its a good Caravan site for exploring and we liked the palm trees around the site."
Susannah - Nov 2023
"Needed extra bowls...all plates etc had gold rim so couldn't be put in Microwave"
Jan - Nov 2023
"Very good overall"

"Cant wait to go back . Everything was perfect"
Stephen - Aug 2020
"Just a fantastic week away"
Leona - Aug 2020
"Small fairly compact but it was only me & my son. Couldnt fault for the cost"
Verified Guest - Aug 2020
"Would love to go back again, although for us, 4 days would be long enough, you need to drive to pick up supplies as no shop on site, but defiantly a relaxing place to unwind."
Janice - Jul 2020
"Fantastic first experience in a caravan, definitely would come back"
Kirsty - Jul 2020
"Wonderful place to holiday, relaxing environment ,great for kids"
Loretta - Jul 2020
"As mentioned before, we went away over New Year for a break, so can't comment about the facilities such as the pool which were closed and also we didn't eat at the on site restaurant, preferring to do our own catering or checking out the fare at the local pubs.

What I can say, however, is that where problems arose - and they did, the staff were proactive in informing us of these and taking the necessary action in order to facilitate an enjoyable and restful break. The staff who were responsible for key holding were polite, professional and got the job done in spite of some problems that had arisen over the Christmas period through no fault of theirs. The caravan we rented for the few days had been trashed by previous occupants, and the company had the contract cleaners in to do a thorough deep-clean of the 'van which was carried out to a very high standard. As mentioned previously, the only suggestion that there had been a problem was a hairline crack in the toilet door and the fact that the cleaners were engaged in cleaning the 'van for longer that usual. What topped this is that when we got in, one of the staff came over and as a means of apology, gave us two bottles of wine which was very thoughtful.

This is a pleasant site with all the necessary facilities - ie a play area for children and a green at the back of the site where our four-legged friends can be walked and it makes a good base to explore Thanet. Would definitely recommend."
Philip - Jan 2020
"such a lovely lodge in peaceful surroundings garden well kept aswell and i will def go back"
Susan - Dec 2019
"Lovely Park and our lodge was absolutely amazing the price was quite high though considering there was no facilities open as it was not in the Peak week. The lodge wasnt spotless and needed a bit of a clean and the carpets needed to be vacuumed but the lodge was nice.

The park was very clean and tidy. Staff that we met were all very helpful. I would recommend the site, but if we came back I think it will be in the summer."
Emma - Nov 2019
"Lovely place peaceful"
Laura - Aug 2022
"A small shop on site would be much appreciated, as Monkton does not have one and you have to go to Minster. Our lodge was spotlessly clean on our arrival and we would like to congratulate the cleaning staff. Thanks."
Reta - Jul 2022
"Great place great location staff berry helpful and friendly caravan very clean and exactly what we needed"
Barry - Jul 2022
