Located just 2.5 miles from the beautiful beaches and bustling town centre of Paignton, Orchard Park is a holiday haven to discover the stunning area of Devon. The holiday park has a lovely valley setting uniting the magnificent countryside with the numerous state of the art amenities on site. Just 5 miles from Torquay, the park has “English Riviera” right on the doorstep.

The setting of Orchard Park is perfect for enjoying relaxing and invigorating breaks. The numerous amenities on site such as children’s play areas, an impressive health and leisure club to keep fit on holidays are just some of the few. An 18-metre heated indoor pool with a sauna and steam room are perfect places on site to relax and unwind. The Blagdon Inn Country Pub and restaurant is also located a short stroll away and is the perfect spot for enjoying the local cuisine.

The lodges in the park are open plan with a spacious living area including a well-equipped kitchen/dining area. The patio doors lead to outside decking with garden furniture. For a romantic break, the Country Holiday Home Two VIP Platinum is ideal, and it also has its own private outdoor hot tub, providing beautiful sunset views. For a family holiday, the Platinum Caravan Six Plus VIP is ideal with its one double and two twin bedrooms. The caravan also has an outdoor hot tub.

There is lots do discover in the area from historical castles, beautiful gardens to sandy beaches. The castles of Powderham, Dartmouth and Compton are just a few miles away, giving a peek into the rich history of Devon. Within close proximity is also Dartmoor which is a home to rare birds, Neolithic monuments and ancient woodland.

For those who like a little adventure on their holidays, White Water Rafting in Ashburton the climbing centre of Dartrock at Buckfastleigh provide the perfect activities. The cherry on top is also the selection of numerous beaches to explore from Orchard Park. Teignmouth Beach with its Dolphin spotting and Bantam Beach with its surfing are a must visit. Orchard Park Reviews

"Considering site had utility ground works going on on both sides of us - I think we should have been reallocated or at least made contact with by site staff. No contact at all as you even have an app key. Cleanliness was an issue for non peak for me."
Verified Guest - Feb 2024
"We were very lucky to have a washing machine in our holiday home I know not all of them have one. Furnishings were lovely and had everything we needed. Even plastic wine glasses for hot tub!"
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"We had a fantastic week away.. the caravan was privately owned and could do with a little TLC ... I had to keep putting curtain clips back in the rail.. Carpet is not under the metal strip could be a potential trip hazard.. gap in front door and net curtain ripped .. BUT this did not hinder our stay at all caravan was homely and clean, we throughly enjoyed our stay there.,"
JOANNE - Jun 2023
"Myself, son & grand children had a great holiday. Only down side, no entertainment or clubhouse on site"
Alison - Aug 2020
"Location of holiday home - Perfect for a quiet retreat although there was some noise from the roadside which may bother some. Beautiful view from main living area. Short 5 minute drive away from main Paignton seaside attractions.

Accomodation - spotlessly clean, hot tub well maintained, would have been better fenced-off for privacy like the other homes had. Parking bays near the accommodation would have been better at a slight angle rather than square on as there wasn't much room to swing in and out of the space"
Kerry - Aug 2020
"Fabulous holiday in a beautiful caravan on a lovely relaxing site."
Claire - Aug 2020
"Quiet park which we knew so happy with. What let's it down is empty pitches where vans have been removed there were 9 around us. We never met any staff or used any facilities. Caravan was new and excellent missing an ironing board and could do with roof over hottub but these are minor things. Outdoor seating cushions were all stained needed removable covers on"
Nicola - Aug 2020
"A great relaxing week!"

Rosalyn - Feb 2020
"Amazing holiday in all. Nothing to complain about. Fab accommodation, Although a little small to manoeuvre around. Brill hot tub and great decking space. Lovely site, great restaurant!"
Nicola - Feb 2020
"Our accommodation was value for money in February. Later in season its quite expensive as caravan not as vip as some we have stayed in but I suppose you pay more for hot tub. That is a real treat."

A little odd there was no helpful leaflet about emergencies, opening times of shop, map of park etc. Facilities are great, caravan and hot tub was spotless and overall cleanliness of the park was great. Would happily come back."
