Enviably located in a picturesque valley just 5 minutes from the historic town of Tintagel, this small scenic park is a real hidden gem. The park offers visitors a superb base from which to explore the magnificent North Cornwall coastline and benefits from direct access to a small sandy bay.

The land surrounding the park is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are a host of National Trust properties and hidden villages to visit during your stay. Those with children can find parks, gardens and theme parks all within easy reach.

Choose from a range of contemporary lodges with open plan living space, fitted kitchens with all the mod cons and luxurious private hot tubs. Lodges also have furnished outside space where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning views.

"The nearby town of Tintagel is lovely with loads of small cafes/pubs and shops all with very welcoming staff. The town is very dog friendly which was great for us as we had our 8 month old pup with us. The surrounding area is very picturesque with a wonderful rugged coastline."

"Some of the furniture in our lodge was a little tired and could do with being replaced. Cleanliness was perfect though. Bedding was clean, fresh and comfy. View from the lodge was beautiful. The park is well maintained, tidy and peaceful. The cove and beach, which is just across the road, is stunning. I would happily return here for another break."

Tintagel Castle is one of the most iconic landmarks in Cornwall and is an excellent place for a family day out. Situated on the stunning Cornish Coast the Castle has a mystical and magical presence and is steeped in historical importance. Indeed the Legend of King Arthur was born right here. The Castle and grounds also provide a home for many species of wildlife as well as some amazing flora and fauna. The site also has a small visitor's centre with souvenir shop and a wonderful Beach Café.

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages.  You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones.  Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors.  Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.
