Luxury and contemporary lodge. One double with ensuite shower and one twin. Shower. Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with leather suite. Outdoor hot tub. Ideal for couples. No pets.
Hot tub made the whole experience really relaxing.
The lodges were spacious and well equipped. The only downside we found was that the sofas are very low and slightly 'tired', so could do with renewing. We had a few issues on arriving at the lodge (dishwasher not working and light fittings missing) but these were fixed on the day of reporting. On arrival, we were told the washing machine was broken and would be replaced during our holiday, which it was. This didn't cause us any problems as we didn't need to use it until nearer the end of our holiday.
Very nice place to stay & would return. However few maintenance issues in lodge itself need attention i.e. broken kitchen floor tiles, dishwasher door wouldnt open fully & shower room was mouldy. Needed attention on cleaning issues
Great holiday will definitely be back, golf was a real bonus 😊
Great to have a hot tub for something different in the evening once the baby was in bed. Great facilities for babies too so you don't have to bring high chair and cot or pay extra.
Very well equipped& comfortable log cabins in great location to explore Devon.
Needs someone to oversee the general maintenance/cleaning of the lodge.

It was so relaxing!
The lodge is looking tired and in need of maintenance. Also the wifi in the lodge is expensive.
We had a problem on the first night, but the staff got it sorted when we asked the next day
Great modern lodge with excellent facilities and homely feel.
We have just returned from our first break without kids in 12 yrs... and felt we just had to write a review. We stayed in a vip lodge with hot tub. The lodge was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. The hot tub was fab! Big enough for 6 people comfortably. In perfect condition, clean and secluded. The staff in the reception were very helpful and the bar/restaurant had a great menu at reasonable prices. As its on a golf course the area is very quiet. Needless to say we have returned relaxed and refreshed and have already booked another weekend there!
What a find. Extremely high quality accommodation in a secluded and peaceful location.
A lovely little spot to stay in - really well kept. We have now been twice and will definitely be back again.
Well situated with easy access routes to all local attractions, friendly helpful staff, a fantastic hot tub and a golf course right outside your front door, heaven!!
We were made most welcome despite the fact that neither of us are golfers. The area is beautiful and we both wondered why we have always previously bypassed Devon and gone to Cornwall.
An excellent lodge with private hot tub. Such a nice location, easy to get to and a very relaxing! I am very pleased I chose the site!
The golf resort was very quiet and peaceful. I was unaware of the people around us which was good as I wanted a quiet break. The interior of the lodges were to a very high standard.
If you want a good location and excellent accommodation this is it and the hot tub is a great bonus.
An excellent break cannot wait to go back.
