The lodge was lovely, car parking for that lodge was good. But the lodge needed more crockery i.e cups, cereal bowls plates pots and pans and cutlery.

Bossiney is a nice place, close to amenities in Tintagel that is why we chose it, close to surf beaches, and walks. We know the area well as we have been going on holiday there for over 33 years.

Only down side was nobody was in the reception when we turned up so we waited for 30 minutes. Other than that we cannot fault anything .

Tintagel is such a lovely place to stay and a great base. It helps that my brother lives there so staying in these lodges keeps us close. Lovely and clean with comfy beds and all the home comforts making it a great place to end up in after a long day walking. Rocky Valley is a beautiful walk right on the doorstep, just follow the coastal path opposite. We will be back, thanks for another great stay.
Daniel
Great place and location

Lovely holiday. very comfortable. Had to wait until 4.30pm before access to lodge was possible. Kitchen and bathroom floors still very wet. Told staff at reception and I was told "we only mop the floors we don't dry them" came the reply. Asked who would I have sued if I had slipped on the floors ? no answer. Having had 6 hours to have had the lodge, and others ready for occupation seems ample time. The staff didn't seem very motivated to serve the customers. They even discussed another customer as being " abrupt and stroppy" in front of me, something I find totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Possible some people skills training required, as these people are the face of your company and need to set a high standard.

Fun Days Out near Bossiney Bay

Tintagel Castle - about 0 Miles
Tintagel Castle is one of the most iconic landmarks in Cornwall and is an excellent place for a family day out. Situated on the stunning Cornish Coast the Castle has a mystical and magical presence and is steeped in historical importance. Indeed the Legend of King Arthur was born right here. The Castle and grounds also provide a home for many species of wildlife as well as some amazing flora and fauna. The site also has a small visitor's centre with souvenir shop and a wonderful Beach Café.
Trethorne Leisure Park - about 14 Miles
Trethrone Leisure Park in Cornwall is a popular choice for a family day out and offers an excellent programme of activities for children all year round. The park has a farm area where younger kids will love feeding the lambs and other friendly animals. Pony rides, a large play area, ball pool; trampolines and crazy golf are also available.
Springfields Fun Park & Pony Centre offers a day full of action and adventure for all the family come rain or shine. If the weather is good then children can take advantage of the vast open space to run around and play, enjoy pony rides, train rides, trampolines and Go-Karts and explore the nature trails. If the weather is not on your side then the huge play barn is the place to head and as climbing frames, slides, ball pool and rope swings as well as a baby and toddler area.
The Eden Project - about 21 Miles
The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).
