The lodge was spotless and clean - lamps were left on throughout the lodge on arrival which gave a cosy glow to the place. Slept really well too in comfy beds and crisp white linen.

Lovely lodge, but it would have been better had it been more private. There is an outside seating area to enjoy dinner outside, however we didn't ever use it, as we would have been looked over by the other lodges, and the car park was directly facing our lodge, and seating area.
We have stayed in similar places where privacy has been much better.

The Sturt lodge on the position by the pond is lovely. The ceilings are very high, and this gives a real feeling of space. The outside space was private enough. The patio doors open on to the verandah which was lovely for drinking coffee and watching the ducks and moorhens.

Very relaxing, helpful staff & great location for outdoor fun.

It was really great. The only thing that would have made it even better was if our lodge that we stayed in (we were in the larger lodge) had sauna/hot tub facilities like a lot of the others.

the cabin is amazing
Great place to stay
Absolutely fantastic log cabin, spent our Christmas here 2017. Our son was amazed by all the ducks we could feed every morning on the beautiful lake our cabin was situated by. Fantastic little additions inside the cabin, a variety of delicious teas & hot chocolate upon arrival, dishwasher & cleaning products to get you by throughout your stay. Also, top quality soap, shampoo & conditioner etc. Staff were more than helpful, a very warm welcome, external bins changed daily and a handy quaint shop situated on site where extra wii games were available to hire, alongside alcohol, milk, bread and all the necessities if the shop (10 mins drive) was too far for you. Overall was a fantastic holiday, felt every bit at home there even over the Christmas period-not one of us wanted to leave! Such a cosy home for the time there, worth every penny & couldn’t recommend it enough.
Excellent break in very peacefull surroundings
I was absolutely impressed. Luxurious, clean, oh and the bed was amazing, comfortable, I felt wrapped in absolute comfort. The area was just siren, I needed peace and quiet and that is what I got. Can’t wait for my next trip.
Lovely, peaceful break. Wonderful lodge with private hot tub. I would highly recommend it.
Overall a great break, however as a family we found that it lacked privacy. The lodges are very close together. Whilst sitting in the living room we constantly had people walking past and looking in whilst walking their dogs. Lovely location but the lack of privacy was an issue for us.
Stayed over the Christmas period whilst visiting relatives. Lovely site in a super location. Staff sorted the small problem we had on arrival very quickly and efficiently. In short, wonderful site with wonderful staff - we had a lovely break and will definitely be returning soon - thank you!
Great quiet break away. Beautiful area great places to walk.
Really lovely stay, cosy warm & clean with lovely little extras. Will definitely be back when visiting relatives . Highly recommend
Went in December and the price reflected that. It was lovely and clean and quiet with easy walking nearby through the golf course. Would definitely like to go again.
