This lodge is amazing value for money if you are looking for a total chill out, and ideal for families. In fact the new word of the week during our holiday "chill axing" as stated by our 6yr old.
We were in No 7 very large spacious lodge with added extras. TV in every bedroom and an x box in the living room, kept the boys happy and their dad.
A brilliant 4 days spent chilling out in the countryside, you couldn't ask for better.

Cosy lodge, peaceful location and an excellent hot tub.
Had Christmas at Heronstone, 23rd-30th Dec, arrived in afternoon, cabin was ready and waiting, with Christmas tree, crackers, shampers, glasses etc, Steve came over and made us really welcome, great cabin for romantic holiday or family, good site, plenty of wild life, close to shops in village and an excellent village butchers, will return some time soon, thankyou Steve for a great Christmas
We had a wonderful Christmas break! Cosy and restful, hope to return.
Really nice quiet place,,, nice just to chill out
Have stayed there 4 times so something is right!
My wife and I had a lovely five day break in a Jay vip lodge. The hot tub was excellent. Ystradgynlais has a great pub with excellent food. A number of takeaways and shops are just about a 10 minute walk away. It is also a good base for sightseeing and walking, with a cycle path about a 5 minute walk from the park.
Really great break away. Very peaceful. Staff are wonderful.
Amazing place have stayed twice now and loved it both times, lodge is perfect and so cosy and homely and hot tub it great. Steve the owner is so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again
Amazing in every way would highly recommend to stay here 😀
