"A wonderful break in a lovely lodge. Everything you could ask for - good communications with owner beforehand, smile upon arrival, bottle of wine in the fridge (always a winner ????) and a well equipped, comfortable lodge in beautiful surroundings. It was a good base to travel from for some lovely walks, stunning scenery and exploration of the area. We found some lovely places to eat (recommend Aleppo and Bill & Heifer) and it was always great to come back at the end of the day to the hot tub and sauna. Would definitely recommend!"

The lodge was excellent, clean and tidy, with hot tub and IR sauna, dishwasher and washer drier. Ann, the host, was friendly and full of useful information."

"Lovely lodge! Nice and spacious - had pretty much everything that you would need. We enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna but I would recommend taking a dressing gown with you as you are only able to spend 30 mins in the hot tub at a time."

"Booked a last minute break to relax and rejuvenate. Couldn't have made a better choice. The location is easy to access and the views are breath taking. The peace and quiet was exactly what I was looking for. The lodges were extremely well maintained, spotlessly clean and very well equipped and far out rank others on the market. The hot tub was very clean and the water crystal clear. My host, Ann, could not have been more helpful if she had tried. You feel you have just met a new friend. Her knowledge of the area is second to none and those welcoming beers lasted a mater of seconds. If you are looking for a relaxing break then you shouldnt bother looking anywhere else. I will not hesitate to return"
