This 5 star multi award-winning park has a spectacular setting in the foothills of Snowdonia National Park offering direct access to some of the most breathtaking scenery in the whole of Wales. It is the stunning location combined with the first class facilities and top notch accommodation are why so many guests return year after year. We recommend these lodges to couples looking for a romantic escape and families looking for a relaxing holiday base.
An excellent touring base, Brynteg is within easy reach of many of North Wales' attractions and places of interest which include historical sites and county parks and gardens as well as theme parks.
Brynteg offers a range of accommodation in modern caravans or lodges. There are three types of lodge to choose from. The Brynteg Lodge is spacious and sleeps up to 6 people. It also has a furnished patio area and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The Brynteg Lodge Plus is similar but also has an outdoor hot tub. The Brynteg Lodge VIP plus is top of the range, offering luxurious accommodation with flat screen TV, walk in wardrobes, jacuzzi bath and private hot tub.
Caravan was clean and ready for us. A good size and pleasantly surprised to find towels were provided (hadn't expected that) along with some toiletries, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.
The caravan was lovely, clean and even left a little goodie basket. There was a problem with one of the toilets and we reported it to reception who got someone round to fix it.

Brynteg is a lovely place to stay would recommend to all my family and friends
Had a lovely time there with family, would love to come back again
Caravan was immaculate. Nice little touch with the mini toiletries and washing up cloth and liquid.
Really enjoyed it.
Wonderful lodge, very comfortable with everything we needed. Very spacious and lovely outside sitting area. Worth paying the extra for a high grade lodge.
The caravan had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay :-)
We chose this home as a cheap but cheerful one for an easy to get to break for our daughter and granddaughter. Money was in short supply at the time of booking or we would have splashed out on one of the larger homes........if only to give our daughter her own room.... however the Brynteg Bronze2 was still really nice and it's position near the top of the site was great.
clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Overall a good week spent, in a lovely caravan, excellent base location and the bonus of exception weather.
We had a lodge with a hot tub which was lovely. However the hot tub was at the back of the lodge and there was no patio doors to get to it. So had to walk around the lodge to access it. It was winter so in the evening it was very dark as there weren't any outdoor lights. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. It would have been nice to have had a little shop to get the basics such as milk. Great spa facilities.
Thanks for a great holiday, we all had a great time!
Very enjoyable few days in Wales. Went with my 14 year old son and met up with with daughter and enough on site to keep us occupied. Visited Llanberis and Bounce Below at Ffestiniog . The days on site saw the pool used, which wasn't busy, as well as table tennis.
Reading the reviews before we came I knew there was a narrow road to the site but this is no worse than narrow country lanes and not that long. Wi-Fi isn't that good but not the reason you go away so not that much of an issue, for me
Excellent site and facilities. Very relaxing break. Staff very helpful. Good location. Will be back again and again!!
Great few days at Brynteg, our second stay. I think the site could benefit from a shop on site for papers etc.
Good clean Caravan, excellent location, nice pool. Perfect chill out place
We had a lovely stay at Brynteg. The facilities were perfect and the lodge of a very high quality. The children loved the hot tub & the breakfast bar! Well stocked with Wii games and DVD's. Comfy sofas and TV's in each room. Very relaxing and the hot tub definitely required after a walk up Snowden.! Llanberis pass only a 10 minute drive away.
This attraction is really something special and has reached the finals of the "Best Family Day Out" category in the National Tourism Awards for Wales. It's actually the only attraction in North Wales to be shortlisted for this prestigious award. Located in the Snowdonia region there are many rides and activities including Jungle Boat Adventure, Den Building, Green Dragon Roller Caoster, Treetop Towers and the BareFoot Trail. Kids of all ages will love it here and we think it's excellent value as well.
An adventure boat company in the heart of Wales. Whether it's adrenaline fueled fun, or a relaxing river tour, you and your family will want to book up with Rib Ride. Ride a 'RIB' boat on the Menai Strait or take a Bear Grylls adventure boat tour. Very highly reviewed on Trip Advisor. Tours for bridges and swells, puffin and seals, castle and islands and more.
Penrhyn Castle is a neo-Norman castle is located in the stunning Gwynedd region of Wales. The castle will appeal to those who enjoy sites of historical interest as well as to families looking to enjoy a fun day out. The Castle is in very good condition and guided tours are on offer. Don't miss a look at the grand hall with its exquisite collection of paintings or the Victorian Kitchen which gives amazing insight into the running of the Castle. Other highlights include the Servants Rooms and the one ton slate bed which was originally made for Queen Victoria.
Glasfryn Activity Parc is an award winning year round attraction with plenty of facilities to keep the whole family happy. Quad Bikes, Archery, Soft Play and even Wakeboarding can all be enjoyed. The site also has a fantastic farm shop, a café and 10 pin bowing complex.
