Hoburne Naish Reviews

"The lodge was just brilliant."
Linda - Aug 2020
"We needed a cot and none of the 3 bedrooms were really big enough to accommodate this comfortably. We ended up using the second bedroom and rearranging the twin beds to make room. Towel rail in en suite not working as mentioned above. Washing machine and dishwasher big bonus and the lodge was really comfortable. Loved the veranda and the hot tub which was checked every single day - brilliant :)"
Juliet - Aug 2020
"We loved everything about our lodge. So spacious and had everything you could possibly want!"
Hayley - Aug 2020
"Overall we had a good time and the staff were great"
Gwen - Aug 2020
"Great lodge very comfortable and relatively clean, however I didn't feel that the fridge had been cleaned and there was quite a lot of dust about on shelves etc.
I understand that the current Covid 19 pandemic has created difficulties but the "deep clean " that you carry out could be improved , having witnessed the amount of time spent cleaning to a lodge near us that had been vacated there is no way a good job could be done in that time.
As I paid full brochure price for the lodge, which wasn't cheap , I'm quite disappointed that a reasonable refund wasn't offered to allow for all the facilities and enjoyment missed.
Having said all this I have to say that I think your staff were brilliant in very difficult circumstances"
David - Aug 2020
"Well visit again!"
Anne - Aug 2020
"Couldnt give feedback on a lot of questions due to COVID 19"
Tracy - Jul 2020

Janet - Sep 2019
"Restaurant was the one blip. Only went once had to find staff twice cos everyone disappeared and burgers were very dry. Lodge could not be faulted and on site shop has most of what you need"
Emma - Sep 2019
"spotless cabin one of the best we have stayed in"
David - Sep 2019
"Excellent place for a family holiday, very relaxed and in a beautiful setting. If you wanted to you could spend all week on the park without having to travel anywhere."
Amanda - Sep 2019
"Had an amazing time and my daughters are already begging for us to book to go back.
Loved the site and everything we needed was walking distance or a short drive to go visit somewhere we needed to go to. Perfect location"
Paul - Aug 2019
"This was our second visit to Hoburne Nash having stayed there in 2017 and we'll definitely be back again. Different lodge this time but yet again very happy and impressed with the accommodation - clean, comfortable, very spacious and very well equipped..... a dishwasher is sooo welcome as a single Dad with two teenage boys otherwise I'd be doing the dishes all week.... as is the Wi-Fi for keeping them both happy!
Staff are friendly and very helpful, facilities are good with on-site shop, small but well equipped arcade, outside basketball courts, mini golf and in particular the pool/leisure complex with good sized indoor and outdoor pools. The beach is a bit 'shingly' and you'll certainly need outdoor shoes/heavy duty flip flops for the walk down as it's through a small wooded area and a bit steep in places (with steps) but is via a properly laid out path so not overly problematic.
Slightly limited dining options - menu options are a tad limited but to be honest I am nit-picking here..... the food on offer is great and very reasonably priced just would be nice to have a bit more choice - that said the breakfasts in particular were a big winner with my two teenage boys! lol
Sadly the weather was against us this year with successive Atlantic storms rolling through but the quality of accommodation and the site in general made even the 3 washed-out rain days more than bearable. We don't usually re-visit holiday locations but did this year and would certainly do so again."
Neil - Aug 2019
"The lodge was fantastic. The beds were very comfy."
Janine - Aug 2019
"Excellent lodge nice welcome pack veranda with table and chairs, would be nice to be able to higher a sunbed to put on veranda for days when you wish to relax at lodge.only negative was parking asked not to park on grass I get this but in a 3 bedroom lodge for six people you will like us have two vehicles the parking space is for one vehicle and due to size of park you may not be able to park outside reception which has limited parking spaces."
