Searles Leisure Resort Reviews

"Amazing place!!"
Danielle - Apr 2024
"Fantastic caravan, spotless and modern. Id give 5 stars if WiFi was included, its always a pain sorting movies and music for the kids without it."
Charlie - Mar 2024
"Caravan was spacious and immaculately clean."
Verified Guest - Mar 2024
"2 bed caravan was very clean, but tiny. There were only 3 of us and we were very short on space. If i booked again, I would go for a 3 bed."

Michael - Jul 2023
"Everything was perfect, thank you."
Andrew - Jul 2023
"Really nice caravan. Fantastic location. Short walk from town and beach. All staff lovely. Sharp edges on tables though so be aware if you have young children. Son bent down to pick up a toy and hit his chin on the edge of the table which split it open. Complete accident but could do with some safety edging on the corners of the tables in family vans. First aider was lovely and sorted him out. Many thanks to the lovely lady who helped him."
Sarah - Jun 2023
"Could have done with more baking trays. Needed shelf or cabinet in shower room, there was one in separate toilet to keep gels, shampoo etc but you had to keep going from one room to another. Liked lay out. Needed more hanging space for clothes. Overall well equipped with electricals and heating. Nice to have patio area and chairs to sit outside."
Lynne - May 2023
"Fantastic lodge, could only be made better if mattresses were less firm"
Lydia - May 2023

Toni - Oct 2019
"One thing , trees and hedgerow could do with a trim , you only manage in September to see a bit of Sun early morning due to height of trees , rather unfortunate in 217 Cabin , apart from that all ok ."
Derek - Sep 2019
"From the moment we got there I could relax everything you needed was to hand inside the caravan and out. Theres a lot to do in and around Norfolk and if you dont mind driving youll enjoy yourselves for me it was all about relaxing sitting on the beach front watching the world go by."
Rebecca - Sep 2019
"Caravan a little tired looking.
Otherwise ok"
Jayne - Sep 2019
"No oven trays to cook on"
Julie - Aug 2019

"Came here mon-fri. Staff were welcoming throughout stay. Had a couple of minor issus they were dealt with promptly. Would recommend only thing is can't get in till 5 and out by 9.30. Also can't get on actual site till 2. Think should be able to be on site earlier."
Jenny - Jul 2022
"great place well run and looked after so much to do or as little if you just want to relax"
Alan - Jul 2022
"Fantastic site, facilities, accommodation, staff. No complaints whatsoever."
Doreen - Jul 2022
"The park is clean and well kept the caravan’s are very close together.not far to walk to sea front and Hunstanton."
David - Jul 2022
"Was an absolutely lovely holiday all round"
Sandra - Jul 2022
"Would go back again very good experience"
Alberta - Jul 2022
"We have enjoyed coming to you for years with our own children and this year we enjoyed it with our granddaughter thank you. Only issue we had was the late check in I understand the is more care needs to be taken with cleaning now but when you know your accommodation is ready and your just hanging around it becomes frustrating and not the best way to start your holiday."
Lesley - Jul 2022
"great accommodation and site"
Malcolm - Jun 2022
"Fantastic resort and excellent location right by the beach, fair and shops. We have a toddler and baby twins and there was so much for them to do. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the pool staff. Caravan clean and spacious. The only downside was the splash pool was closed for 2 of the days of our stay due to an unforeseen maintenance issue. Nobodies fault but it was our young sons favourite activity."
Claire - Jun 2022
"I was on holiday with my elderly Mum and adult niece who has down syndrome. The Lodge was very quiet and private and spacious. The resort staff were very kind and helpful. We were blessed with wall to wall sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the outside pool which is lovely. We did find the food was a little basic and costly but went into Heacham and had a lovely meal. We have been before in a caravan and will return but only in a lodge as it was so open and airy."

Attractions Near Searles Leisure Resort

Here are some of the activities and experiences you can enjoy on your visit to Searles Leisure Resort. If you discover a worthy inclusion to this list on your hot tub break, please let us know and we'll add it so that other visitors can enjoy it too.
Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB
about 16 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens - NR21 0LN
about 18 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
Bishops Boats Seal Trips - NR23 1RY
about 22 Miles
This is a really unique attraction running daily seal watching trips from the middle of March right through to the end of October.  The experienced skippers will lead you out on one of the traditional wooden boats where you will have the chance to see both common and grey seals.  If you love animals then this is one attraction not to be missed! They also do some boat trips combined with guides on dry land such as seal watching combined with a visit to Blakeney Point Nature Reserve, owned by the National Trust.  We think this attraction is excellent value for money as they keep their admission prices low.
Sheringham Park - NR26 8TL
about 29 Miles
The National Trust Sheringham Park in Norfolk was designed by Humphry Repton and the book of original designs can still be seen. The park has many attractions including a viewing tower and a gazebo with amazing coastal views, wildlife trails which young children will love and an exhibition barn where visitors can learn the history of the park.
Dinosaur Adventure Park - NR9 5JW
about 30 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
Melsop Farm Park - NR20 3DT
about 31 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
Rushmoor Country Park - GU10 1ET
about 35 Miles
Located in Louth in Lincolnshire this is an ideal attraction when you want to get out in the fresh air and explore. There are many animals to see including ponies and piglets which the little ones love.  There are also some amazing birds from hawks and falcons to owls.  Most aspects of this attraction are included in the admission cost and as well as wandering around you get to hold and feed the animals too.  A real highlight are the micro pigs which are just like real pigs but in miniature.  Fully grown they are around the size of a spaniel!  If you get hungry then you can take your own picnic to the picnic areas or head for the tea room selling delicious food and children's meals too.
