Oxfordshire Hot Tub Lodge Guide

Stunning Juliet Lodge at Bluewood Lodges
Stunning Juliet Lodge at Bluewood Lodges

Booking a lodge with a hot tub in Oxfordshire gives you the perfect base for a romantic getaway, a family holiday or a group staycation. Welcome to one of the UK’s most traditional counties, well known as one of the most historical sights in the country. There is an incredible amount of wildlife and natural beauty you can enjoy on your lodge escape, in such a small area.

Where to stay? Recommended Oxfordshire Self Catering Hot Tub Breaks

Bluewood Lodges are the perfect base to explore Oxfordshire from. Choose from a range of luxury cabins, each within reach of local villages. These  include Chipping Norton, Kingham, and Moreton-in-Marsh which are all beautiful, traditional and charming.  If you love the outdoors then this park is in the ideal location with glorious wildlife and natural scenery.

Relax in your private hot tub after an action-packed day

Each lodge has a private hot tub and will give you the freedom to spend your holiday as you wish from woodland walks and cycling to relaxing in your private hot tub.  The Norton Lodge is a spacious New England style lodge which sleeps 4 and comes with a private outdoor hot tub.

Lodges with an Amazing River Location

Another first class lodge break in this area is Benson Waterfront which is just 10 miles from the historic city of Oxford itself.  With an idyllic location on the banks of the River Thames we think this is a wonderful base to explore.  There is an on site cafe and restaurant, and you can even hire a boat and explore on the water.

The Southwold 1 is a contemporary holiday home and makes a cosy getaway for two people.  The larger style Southwold 2 sleeps 4 and has two bedrooms.  Both holiday homes are open plan with an outside verandah area and a private bubbling hot tub to enjoy.

Renting a private lodge with its own private hot tub can be one of the most relaxing things possible, and you’ll love every minute.

Discover Oxfordshire on your lodge break

With beautiful countryside abundant in the county Oxford could not be a better place to take your family and spend some quality time with each other. Those with younger children will enjoy a day at Farmer Gows in Faringdon where “Meet the Animals” takes place daily at 11am and 2pm and includes bottle and hand feeding.

Didcot wave leisure pool is a great choice for those looking to keep the kids happy, especially on a rainy day and has shallow areas for children as well as a flume, slide and wave machine.

Another brilliant place to visit is Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens.  This is a fabulous day out which will appeal to anyone who loves nature and animals.  You’ll find a huge variety of animals including the cutely names African Pancake Tortoise!
