"We had an absolutely lovely weekend at Bowleaze in a 2023 classic 3-bedroom caravan. The place was spotless and felt really cosy once we turned the heating on! The staff were fantastic-super quick to fix our hot water issue and really helpful throughout our stay. Our little one loved the soft play area, outdoor playgrounds and the free tiny tots sessions, which kept her entertained for ages. Everyone was so friendly and kind to her, which was really nice to see. We also enjoyed the pool and my mum and I treated ourselves to a relaxing spa session-Emma was so welcoming, it made it even better. The reception staff were always cheerful and helpful, which made check-in a breeze. We had a good laugh at the bingo and really enjoyed the Beatles tribute show in the evenings. The only tiny downside was that the beds in the caravan were a bit small and not the most comfy, but considering the size of the van, its totally understandable. Thanks for a great weekend all around!"

"Weve stayed in similar places before, so we noticed a few things. The bathroom could really use a grab rail near the door and there was some debris in the door sill, which was a bit off-putting. The floor wasnt mopped after we showered, so it stayed pretty wet, which isnt great. Also, there were no oven gloves, which seems like a basic safety feature-when we asked, we were told they dont provide them based on the caravan grade, which seems a bit odd. On the plus side, the outdoor chair was fixed quickly when it broke. All in all, its okay but could do with some updates."

"The caravan was really lovely-spacious, spotless and had a full-size fridge freezer, which was handy. WiFi worked perfectly and the beds were super comfy. The patio furniture was a nice touch and we loved the welcome box. Definitely made us feel at home!"

"We had a lovely stay in this charming caravan. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which was great. We did have a couple of minor issues, but the staff responded super quickly to fix everything. Really enjoyed it!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The place was quite roomy and had everything we needed in the kitchen - plenty of utensils and a big dining table which made eating in a breeze. The lounge was comfy, perfect for our family of four adults and two kids to unwind after dinner. The veranda wrapping around two sides was lovely for soaking up the sun and the gate kept the little ones safe. Would definitely come back!"

"We’ve just come back from a week at Waterside and we were sad to leave. Would definitely recommend staying here. The site was very clean, the facilities were great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good. We loved the pools and the evening entertainment. We hired kayaks and paddle boards from the site, it was so much fun. We’ve already booked to go back, can’t wait !!"
