Warmwell Reviews

"Could do with some oven gloves and scissors in the kitchen. Apart from that it was lovely"
Hannah - Apr 2024
"Shower was rubbishThe decking and step to get in and out of the lodge was dangerous"
Georgina - Apr 2024
"Nice clean lodge in good shape. Seemed fairly new and recently refurbished, No complaints."
Liza - Apr 2024
"Needs a small coffee table"
Alan - Mar 2024
"The lodges are fully equipped and every utensil is in them. No need to bring anything with you. They are so warm and comfortable and our bed was like sleeping on a cloud."
Karen - Mar 2024
"It is a semi detached lodge. Although also has sofa-bed in lounge we felt that if there were 4 staying it would be too small, but perfect for 2"
Verified Guest - Mar 2024
"Dirty floors in the lodge.I slept on top of the bed as the sheet appeared to have a blood stain on it."
Verified Guest - Feb 2024
"We had a fantastic stay at Warmwell. We stayed in a 3 bed Morton Lodge which was a fantastic size and set up for our family. A few minor areas could do with a bit of a deeper clean but on the whole it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is beautiful and the park provides so much to do for all ages. We particularly enjoyed the Off Road Jeeps lead by Tommy, who was extremely personable and helpful. For the children we particularly enjoyed the large soft play, outdoor play areas, Ringos and swimming pool. The evening entertainment was of a good quality and provided fun evenings for all ages. The children loved the kids disco and we enjoyed The Lights, Camera and Musicals show and the The Holiday gameshow. The food on site was great, we enjoyed food from The Boathouse and ordered to the Showbar. As well as bubble waffles from scoops, all were good quality and ready quickly. We visited off peak so some opening times of venues and experiences were limited but we didnt find this impacted our stay too much and with some planning we didnt feel like we missed out on anything and there was still plenty to do."
Lucy - Feb 2024
"- our lodge wasn't ready at the check in time, we had to wait 45 mins.- we had a broken dishwasher (first world problem I know, but we effectively paid extra to have a dishwasher in our accommodation).- shelf in the fridge door was broken but hadn't been removed, so when we put 4 pints of milk on it, it gave way and we had a very wet floor and carpet."
Jonathan - Feb 2024
"Clean - tv in bedrooms really nice touch"
Sarah - Feb 2024
"The lodges are great, loads of room with everything you could possibly need within. Comfortable, modern and clean."

"Great lodge but sofas not comfortable"
Verified Guest - Feb 2024
"Very poor 2 lodges we booked were filthy and very poor maintenance , we have put a complaint on via email we would like to here back"
Tina Nelson - Dec 2023
"Such an amazing spacious lodge with 2 bathrooms and slept 6 comfortably"
Rachel - Nov 2023
"Fantastic lodge, very spacious. Great location."
Margaret - Nov 2023
"Was a lovely holiday!! Beautiful surrounding, safe were so nice and friendly!Only moan was carpets and sofa needed a good clean!"
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"The lodge itself was ok but Ive stayed in better for the same price. Inside was a bit tired, especially in the bathroom. The two bedside tables had huge cobwebs underneath them which was a bit off putting as I wouldnt want to meet the size spider that created them. The sofas in the lounge werent particularly comfortable and probably needed a steam clean. I wasnt made aware when I booked that our lodge would be part of 5 lodges all joined together. All the previous lodges Ive stayed in have been separate from any others. Luckily, we had older neighbours on each side of us so werent bothered by noise. It did, however, serve as a good base from which to tour the surrounding area."
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"The lodge itself was good. The dishes appeared to need a clean before using them and was missing a grill pan. Facilities on site were good especially for children."
Ann - Nov 2023
"The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the fish and chip shop was awful the chips were inedible and the fish had to be thrown away because it was obviously off."
Ken - Nov 2023
"An enjoyable week! The accommodation was very comfortable."
Stuart - Nov 2023
"Eight person lodge without furniture for everyone. Cold and drafty windows difficult to open and shut also the door was the same. Outside area not clean.Have stayed before and were pleased with the lodge in comparison. Overall disappointing as it was my wifes 60th.Pleased with the facilities of the site as we have been when visiting previously but let down by the lodge."
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"Too small for a family of 4. Lots of humidity inside. Cleaning not good with hair and nails left in the bathroom.Facilities of the park useful and kids friendly. Kids activities very enjoyable as well as the entertainment team."
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"We arrived and were checked in promptly, the cabin was slightly bigger than expected I was really pleased to be able to fit a travel cot in the second bedroom . It was warm, clean and tidy. Unfortunately we only had a couple of glasses in the cupboard for eight people, but that was soon put right after a quick text to reception who then brought us a box of glasses. There were lots of reasonably priced activities and the food was good value for money in the restaurant."
Lynda - Nov 2023
"Just back from a half term break. A lovely site, immaculately maintained, lots of activities to do with the children. Welcoming and polite staff and our accommodation was clean and comfortable. The changing rooms could do with an upgrade, but otherwise a great break. We will definitely go again."
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"2nd time in this lodge and still as good. Hot tub in good working order and maintained daily. The wet room and wide doors for a wheelchair user an added bonus."
Karen - Nov 2023
"Me and my family had a amazing holliday at warmwell last week, lots to do ski slopes with ringo's roller rink entertainment arts and crafts and more and one staff member was amazing and stood out was rebecca she was so nice danced many times with my daughter listend joked daily wear as some of your other staff members we felt were not so welcoming with was a little let down but still over all we loved it and we will defonatly be coming back again"
Sarah - Aug 2022
"Everything was amazing. Only advice is don’t book the “pool party” it’s expensive, less time in the pool than the free sessions you can book. They don’t open the water slide and half the floaties were punctured. One life guard was also particularly rude and we all came away disappointed. But everything else we couldnt fault and location is great for exploring. Our lodge was also one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in."
Abbie - Aug 2022
"Great range of facilities at the location."
Richard - Jul 2022
"We had a great holiday. The children tried out new activities and really enjoyed their time. The staff throughout the park were very helpful and always asking if there is anything we need. The lodge was very clean and the beds were comfortable."
Jaimi - Jul 2022
"Highly recommended ?"
Clare - Jul 2022
"Fantastic holiday! Warmwell is in a great location, only 15mins from the beach! The lodge has everything you might need: toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, cooking utensils, washing machine, bath towels. Lots of activities on site to keep the children entertained! Staff super friendly & helpful!"
Zoe - Jul 2022
"Great place for a break for the kids, expensive, but isn't everything at the moment"

Open year round we think this is one of best attractions in Dorset and you even get the chance to adopt a monkey if you choose.

You may have seen this amazing attraction on the BBC1 Animal Park programme.  This is actually the first safari park outside of Africa where you can get close to the animals from the comfort of your own car. Some of the highlights include the zebras, the wallabies in wallaby wood and the sea lion escorted cruise to Gorilla Island.  And of course the magnificent lions and tigers are a must see.  This really is an animal experience with a difference and you can save money by booking your tickets online.  This attraction is open until the end of October. Check out their website to see some fantastic video podcasts of the park.
