Lovely property. The log burner and underfloor heating made the property super cost. The bedrooms were well equipped. There are a few fixturespieces of equipment that need replacing or maintaining we left a short list for the owners on our departure. The hot tub is a lovely addition. The area is beautiful with plenty to do and see. Just some extra attention to detail would make this property truly outstanding.

This was a beautiful place to stay if your looking for peace and quiet . If you like star gazing while in the hot tub perfect. Romantic log fire. Great that there is no Internet apart from your own data so you can use it if needed. We had board games , and watched Dvd together as a family. If you have electric car there is a good rapid charger in Bala. Also a lovely place to visit near by. Thank you for a perfect holiday .

Amazing holiday. We didnt want to go home!

Firstly, the location is idyllic. Remote and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The property itself is clean, comfortable and wellequipped. An older farm building that has been modernised to a high standard. Plenty of bedroom storage space, effective underfloor heating, and consistent hot water. The integrated kitchendining arealiving area works well. The hot tub is a bonus. The owners responded promptly to any enquiry raised. No hesitation in recommending the property to others.

Just come back from a lovely weeks stay with our 3 boys. The property had everything you could need and felt like a home from home. It was exceptionally clean and in a lovely location with Bala only being 10 minutes away. It was very spacious and we were impressed with how much outdoor space we had. Lovely cottage in quiet spot with great views. Very comfortable, loved the hot tub and pool table. Close to Bala with great watersports. An hour or so to Snowdonia park with a scenic drive. Would definitely return.

Just returned from a lovely family holiday at Beudy Bach Barn. It's location is stunning and it has everything you could need. It is clean and comfortable and the owners have provided everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Looking out at the sheep and the views relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day was wonderful . Mr & Mrs Rowlands were very helpful and friendly during our stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Thank you for lending us your property this week we absolutely loved it! The accomodation was spotless and the kitchen was so well stocked. We loved the tranquility of the area with only sounds of the stream and sheep to break the silence. The little things i.e extra pillows did not go amiss and were appreciated! Thank you for the BBQ delivery as south Africans, a BBQ was vital!! We have already looked at availability for our next holiday and we would have no hesitation in recommending your accomodation to others. We really loved the barn! We were 5 ladies that came to Wales to climb snowdon! Snowdon is abit of a drive away from the accommodation, but we felt like we had a little holiday too! The barn is beautiful, clean and spacious and is surrounded by rolling fields, full of sheep and tiny lambs! We LOVED the big hot tub and it was much needed after the climb! It is a self catering holiday so people should be prepared for that we were but we had milk left for us and toilet rolls and afew basic bits which was nice! We would have loved a frying pan but if thats literally the only thing we could have asked for! We enjoyed two nice meals in Yr Eagles near by and played darts in there and the lake at Bala is gorgeous and we went canoeing there! Honestly we had a lovely time and the accommodation was spot on! Really great!

A beautifully situated cottage with lovely views and superb outside space with amazing views. Well presented and comfortable inside. Reasonably well equipped kitchen. We had an issue with one of the showers but this was resolved quickly. Remember to take your own toilet rolls as very little provided.

Lovely place and rural setting , pictures dont do it justice its better to see in person we as a big family loved it so much even my 3 year old daughter kept asking to go back from our days out , only slight issue is the mattresses were a little springy for us but didnt affect our stay at all , also an abundance of flies in and around the hot tub at all times not sure if anything can be done to deter this , owner was friendly to and we definitely would love to go back . Had a great stay at you lovely cottage which is in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Loved going to to the river and using the hot tub. A new experience for us all. Great wee pub close by and some good local walks and cycling. Would love to come back at some point.

If you like peace and quiet then this is the place to go. It's very clean and comfortable and the scenery is breathtaking. If We were to suggest anything it would be to put the name sign at the top of the driveway as it's tucked away so we'll and easily driven past.

Lovely, cosy cottage set in the quiet hills southwest of Bala Lake. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub following a day's sightseeing in and around the spectacular countryside of Snowdonia National Park. We would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful location again. Thank you very much.

Beautiful cottage really quiet, great views pefect position to explore the area, kids loved the hot tub, the hill to ride the bikes down and playing hide and seek! Be aware no WIFI and not much signal for phones means you have to talk to each other! Owners helpful if required but not intrusive i Would definitely recommend.

Lovely accomodation in peaceful setting. The owner was very helpful and it really made a difference for us.
