Sarah - Jun 2022
"Really enjoy staying here, always a great experience, already booked for next year!"
Mark - May 2022
"We loved how friendly the staff were, especially with our dog. They didn't even need to be asked for a water bowl, which was a nice touch. The whole vibe was spot on and the food was really good too. Definitely a place we'd return to!"
Emma - May 2022
"Our Aysgarth Lodges review: Though we didnt dine there, the meals looked really tasty when served. We enjoyed drinks and found the staff friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. Would come back!"
Harper - May 2022
"We had a lovely stay at this holiday lodge. Its well-equipped and comfy. The only issue was the hot tub, which was under trees, so we got leaves and bugs in it. Still, pretty great overall!"
Alex - May 2022
"Really enjoyed our stay, everything was just perfect!"
Sam - May 2022
"We noticed quite a bit of dust collected on the kitchen units and light fitting. The main shower could do with some work and the new glass screen needs sealing properly. Overall, decent job!"
James - May 2022

Emily - May 2022

Oliver - Jan 2022
"We stayed at this lovely spot tucked away in a peaceful area and the lodge was spotless and really cosy. The only hiccups were with the hot tub, especially trying to get the water temperature just right-it was a bit tricky. Also, there werent many places to hang wet coats, which was a bit inconvenient. The on-site restaurant was a real plus, offering dine-in, takeaway and delivery options-super handy. The only downside was finding a piece of plastic in our lasagne, which was a bit off-putting, but luckily it was near the end of our stay. Would have loved a small shop for essentials too."
Charlie - Aug 2020
"Great experience overall, thanks!"
Jess - Jul 2020
"We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge, but a few things could be better. The shower water was way too hot, even after reporting it. Also, the TV kept losing signal, which was a bit frustrating. Still, overall, it was a good trip!"
Daniel - Jul 2020

Jane - Mar 2020

Olivia - Feb 2020
"Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect and the hot tub is definitely a highlight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shame about the lack of draft ale, we missed it during dinner."
George - Jan 2020
"Looking forward to returning in March, our stay was really enjoyable! Great experience."
David - Jan 2020
"We really enjoyed our time here, the location is lovely but it would be even better if there was a shop on site. The place isnt as private as we expected - there were some noisy kids next door, which was a bit of a surprise. If wed been asked, we mightve preferred somewhere quieter since we went away to escape the hustle. Still, overall, it was a lovely stay and wed definitely return!"
Hannah - Jan 2020
"We had such a lovely weekend here! The location is just stunning, with amazing views and beautiful grounds, perfect for walks with the dog and kids. The lodge really had everything we needed, from comfy beds to spotless bathrooms. The little touches like a dog bed, bowls, treats and a toy made all the difference. We also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant; the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only slight downside was that they didnt offer vegan or dairy-free options, which was a bit disappointing. The hot tub was a real treat after long days of exploring. Thanks Aysgarth Lodges - well definitely be coming back!"
Ellie - Jun 2019
"We had a fantastic stay at Aysgarth lodges! The lodges are top-notch and really comfortable. Honestly, we couldn't find a fault at all!"
Tom - Jun 2019
"The cabin was lovely, really charming and private, which we loved. The hot tub was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing. Only downside was one bed was a bit firm and the sofa wasnt the comfiest, but overall, we had a great stay!"
Ella - Mar 2019
"The lodge was spotless and had everything we required for the entire week."
Jasmine Carter - Dec 2018
"The place was really roomy and looked great. Had everything we needed for the trip, definitely recommend!"

"Arrived after a heartbreak at the airport where our New York break was cancelled. Booked it on the Sunday and arrived on the Monday. Lovely lodge, beautiful grounds and nice, chilled out place. Restaurant was decent and facilities for the kids were brilliant. Will definitely come again."
Lorna - Aug 2022
"Spent a wonderful week at Aysgarth Lodges. We booked the Contemporary 6 Secluded and it was perfect, tucked into a corner of the park where we weren’t overlooked and had the most beautiful view of the dales. Lodge itself was light and airy, a good size, all of the amenities we needed as a family, comfortable, the hot tub was easily accessed with a wonderful view. The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. We dined a few times at the Falls End Restaurant, the food was good and plentiful. Lots of lovely walks right from the doorstep, several wonderful tearooms located near by too."
Kymberly - Aug 2022
"Overall a fantastic break in beautiful surroundings. The lodge was perfect for us and glad we booked it for our mini-moon. The restaurant was a great addition and food was lovely, however service was often very slow, even for drinks. However this did not detract from our overall enjoyment. Would definitely stay again."
Christopher - Aug 2022
"Lovely, modern lodges with all the facilities you need. Nice little touches such as the welcome treats and the dog wash station. Lots of good walks and waterfalls nearby. The delivery service from Tesco in Catterick was brilliant, saved us loading the car with a week’s worth of shopping. We had to pop to the superstore during our stay and there were some shops and restaurants at the retail park, along with a cinema. The on-site bar and restaurant were good. We didn’t eat there a lot but what we did have was lovely. Would totally recommend."
Jade - Aug 2022
"Fantastic Escape Plus lodge . clean, modern lovely setting, what more can you wish for"
Sandra - Jul 2022
"The best long weekend away! Everything was brilliant from start to finish, the staff were really helpful, especially the out of hours concierge guy! The hot tubs were checked every day too. We received a welcome package for the dog including bed, bowl, ball and treats! The Aysgarth team really had thought of everything, we will definitely be returning!"
Lauren - Jul 2022
"Had an amazing weekend staying here, the lodge was very clean and exclusive in an amazing area. The restaurant/bar on site was really nice the only thing I would say is for there to be a larger menu with a bit more choice but other than that was an absolutely perfect stay, would 100% recommend and will be returning"
Jack - Jul 2022
"Definitely book again"
