"I gave the comfort a 9 only because the thermostatically controlled heating was a bit off. The living areas and two twin bedrooms were often too warm and the back bedroom cool but Im sure that can be fixed. Otherwise we really enjoyed everything thank you."

"The lodge was simply furnished with high quality goods and ornaments. Small touches like the hidden owl were perfect. It has to be said that the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever had whilst on holiday."

"We loved the lodge it was lovely and spacious. It was pretty clean but found tooth paste residue on some tiles, the back of one of the bedrooms doors had white stuff splashed up it. Some of the cutlery and dishes had to be cleaned before using and we had 1 hand towel between 6. Requested some to be delivered but they were never received.
Other then that it was great and considering the weather the staff done an amazing job getting in and out.
We had a really fun time and loved the hot tub !!"

"A few soft furnishings would deaden the sound a bit more, eg, a rug. Loved how dark it was at night as I'm not a good sleeper and need a very dark room. I've never been anywhere this dark.
Can I suggest that you put yoga videos on the tv and hire out mats. There's lots of space and a real feeling of retreat in the forest."

"Lovely cabin but too remote for our liking. Everything on site, bar, restaurant etc closes at 8.30pm which we did not know prior to our visit. It would have been nice to have an evening at the bar as the closest town was a 20 minute drive away."
