Ardgartan Argyll Lodges Reviews

Lodge was spotless. There was a log burner but didn't use it as lodge was always cosy with underfloor heating. Plenty of equipment in kitchen. Towels were supplied for shower/bath and hot tub.
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
Great lodge, very warm with underfloor heating and great views
Adrian - May 2023
Lovely accommodation - friendly and helpful staff
Verified Guest - Feb 2023
Lovely location and great for exploring the area. Lodge needed a little updating/maintenance as it’s well used but still nice. Towels were provided but not many so could be done with those being changed out during the stay.
Diane - Aug 2022
It was amazing! The place was beautiful and excellent location. The house was big enough for all of us. The only issue waa the midges, especially getting in the house. It would be very useful to put midges net on the doors. Also the house was very warm, it would've been good with extra ventilation, especially if the doors wouldn't be good to let open because of the midges. Otherwise everythings were excellent. Recommended to friends and families! Many thanks
Ako - Jun 2022

Margaret - Mar 2022
Had an absolute blast at Ardgarten! Staff could not have done any more - from check in to check out, they were honestly the best. The location is stunning, the lodges very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a self catering break. Wee shop and restaurant on site is lovely too although we didn’t actually need to use the services since we brought so much of our own! Definitely will return (and sample the local fare) as we had such a lovely weekend!
Karen - Mar 2022
Amazing place and great facilities and the surrounding area and views are out of this world
Greig - Mar 2022
Had a brilliant weekend. Evan on reception helped us out after leaving a key outside of the lodge park. Top service
Andrew - Mar 2022
Super holiday in a super location.
Clark - Feb 2022
Couches were rather soft and difficult to get settled in. That was my personal opinion and possibly would have been ok for other visitors, I just used dining chair.
Clark - Feb 2022
Hi I've stayed here before, but this time it was to be a newer lodge, but it wasn't,overall the lodge was needing a good makeover the hob tub was shabby the toilet needing tlc, cracked tiles poor decor, loose taps & radiator should be replaced....
Alan - Feb 2022
We stayed in Lodge 29 and wow-we were so impressed with it. The lodge was clean and felt very fresh. The views of the loch from the hottub were brilliant too. The staff were all friendly and we enjoyed meeting Riley the dog when she would do the rounds in the morning to check the hottubs. The walks on the site are great and the retreat had a great atmosphere. We would come back to this site in a heart beat and have sung its praises to all our friends and family. We will defo be back in the new year :)

Fantastic location and facilities. The lodge was very clean and the hot tub was amazing. Loch was absolutely great for swimming and paddleboarding and so close to the lodge. Plenty of cycle routes for the family. Really enjoyed our stay. It's worth opting for the Premium WiFi and late check out.
