Super accomodation. One small drawback is with no mobile service the very weak WiFi only just met our needs for getting weather and other information for our particular activities. Otherwise perfect!

David, Wolverhampton.

Date of stay: 30th July 2016
I think the site would benefit from having some facilities such as a swimming pool and possibly tennis courts
Elliott, Leicester
Date of stay: 22nd July 2016
Just incredible value. We had a lodge and it is so well presented. The only slight issue was the hot tub being set at too high a temperature and the surrounding decking could have done with a spider web clean down. But the rest of it can't be faulted.
J, Northampton
Date of stay: 2nd July 2016
Would have prefered a larger freezer instead of a dish washer
Elizabeth, Calstock
Date of stay: 20th June 2016
Caravan was faultless. The Park is a quiet place and doesn't have facilities such as bars and restaurants or on site entertainment but that suited us as we are not into that sort of holiday. The caravan would comfortably house 4 and certainly enough room for us two. All the dishes and utensils you need. Fantastic shower!
David, Preston
Date of stay: 18th June 2016
Great lodge hot tub well used and agreat bonus
Sharon
Date of stay: 3rd June 2016
Having usually stayed on a park with entertainment, that was the only thing lacking at River Valley. However, perhaps it has now changed my perception of a perfect holiday. We had moved across from a holiday park which was sub-standard so arrived in a bit of a fluster, but the ladies at reception could not have been more helpful. The lodge was perfect in every way and the serenity of the park was so relaxing, that perhaps we didn't need anything else. Walking along the river after dinner was the perfect end to the day and waking each morning to birds and rabbits outside the window was just a pleasure. I will definitely be staying there again.
Dawn, Stafford

Beautiful site. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to St Ives, St Michaels Mount and Penzance. No club and park but that was fine for us as we made our own entertainment with our young daughter.
Andrew, Wales
Date of stay: 10th April 2015
Beautiful, peaceful site with lovely riverside walks. The caravan was very clean and modern, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Kids loved watching the wild animals right outside the caravan in the evening. It is very isolated so perfect if you're just after a relaxing holiday. I would definitely be booking again.

Great lodge with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

It was so peaceful and relaxing no noise and all the staff were so helpful, the caravan was clean and tidy, we went out and about each day and knew that when we got back to the park that we could just relax.
Andy, Lowestoft, Suffolk
Date of stay: 23rd August 2014
We found river valley a great place to stay, the staff were very helpfull and polite. The park is spacious, clean and quiet. The park was well sign posted from the A30 and the A394 making it easy to find but out the way. A great base from which to explore all the southerly coast with ease. The river walk was good, a few places for the kids to paddle and a great walk for dogs. Overall we found it a great place to stay and would recommend it with ease.
Christina, Winchester
Date of stay: 16th August 2014
Enjoyed stay.would be nice if there was a childrens play park on site!
Pamela, Solihull
Date of stay: 16th August 2014
No fridge freezer!
As the freezer compartment of the fridge and the fridge itself, was so tiny we had to shop every day, which meant a long ride out to a supermarket every day.
For family accomodation,a fridge freezer should be provided in the Lodge as standard.
On the positive side, the two bedrooms with single beds were much bigger we expected,as was the family bathroom, and the second bathroom was an unexpected surprise.
Carol, Bristol
Date of stay: 2nd August 2014
Excellent accommodation - we splashed out with a hot tub which thoroughly made the holiday
Matron, Leicester
Date of stay: 26th July 2014
The accommodation was smashing. Clean, roomy, private, with a verandah. Plenty of space to park our car and this was still so even when the neighbouring holidaymakers arrived a week later. There was even a 'cleaning welcome pack' waiting for us in the cabin when we arrived - washing up liquid, sponge, floor cloth, etc. Very thoughtful and very welcome!! One small thing - the bed linen was clean but smelled a little 'musty' (and didn't clear after airing the rooms over several days). But that was a very small thing and certainly, nothing worth bothering site staff with :). Would definitely stay here again.
Stephen, Bideford
Date of stay: 18th July 2014
We found Relubbus River Valley Country Park, a great place to stay, and quite central to go exploring the SW peninsula with Penzance, St ives,St Micheals Mount close by. It was wonderful seeing and hearing the local wildlife(owls hooting, rabbits grazing and trout in the stream). The local places to eat and visit that they recommend are excellent, I must include my favorite, The Admiral Benbow in Penzance(Pens sans = Holy Headland, long may it continue to be so).
John, Wakefield
Date of stay: 5th July 2014
Site too isolated for us, would have liked to be able to walk to a local shop or pub, had to go in the car for everything. However did enjoy walk by the river to St Erth. The caravan itself was lovely but was positioned up against a lot of overgrown weeds with no outside space to sit out , plus no chairs to enable us to sit out if we had wanted to .Reception staff friendly but not very knowledgeable about walks etc in local area .
Anthony, Torquay
Date of stay: 28th June 2014
Had a great time
Vivien
Date of stay: 28th June 2014

A lovely lodge and brilliant size in all rooms. Plenty of cooking utensils and storage space in kitchen so perfect for self catering all week. The hot tub was always working and a great addition to the lodge.

Date of stay: 17th March 2014
Amazing place will be back has no problems
Eileen, Staffordshire
Date of stay: 14th March 2014
Caravan was perfect and location was peaceful and relaxing. Site location was great for both Lands's End and Lizard and only a few minutes from Marazion.
Jacqueline
Date of stay: 28th December 2013
The lodge was reasonably clean, however it lacked basic maintenance (two light bulbs required replacement, the shower hose leaked in two places and the central heating failed on three occasions, once on Christmas Day) These items also detracted from the value for money on what was an expensive holiday.
Karen
Had a lovely time at this site, out of season so very quiet, perfect. Lovely surroundings, caravan very clean, had everything you'd need in the kitchen etc. Was glad of the central heating as a couple of nights were a bit chilly. The caravans were well spaced apart, with very near parking bays.
Judith
Lodge we stayed in was very clean and presentable. I loved the environment as it was not too crowded and nice holiday place for those who seek quiet environment.
Dawn
great as normal
Steve
Lovely place to stay. Lodge very comfortable and well equipped. Staff very helpful.
LIANA
The only fault we could find was that we found the seats in the caravan to hard.
Nicky
We loved the quiet park and very clean and tidy caravan. The location was excellent to see the sights of Cornwall. We will definitely be back again.
Chris
Wonderful quiet location, a lovely clean caravan and park. Easy to get to Penzance and other local locations.
Graham

The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).
