"Our St Ives Holiday Village review: As previous. In addition: Sofa bed not particularly comfortable to sleep in, and presumably there was meant to be a base under the cushions when using as a sofa. This being missing meant it wasnt overly comfortable to sit in either. Otherwise, great. Just a little small for us in the context of our family / ages of the kids."

"The site it self is nice but the rest I can't say the same. Dusty caravan, heating not working properly, the boiler sounded like it wanted to blow up every 5 minutes. Kids entertainment was a joke and swimming pool. Half of the arcade machines not functioning or would eat your coins. Food was horrendous, staff not very helpful. Overall I would not stay here again."

"We stayed in a 4-bed platinum lodge as a family of seven and honestly, there was plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We visited in October and even though the weather wasnt great, it didnt stop us from enjoying ourselves. The entertainment team really made a difference-Leaya was fantastic and our 5-year-old daughter thought she was just wonderful. Sometimes the evenings were a bit quiet, but they still put on a great show as if it was packed. We also loved the free activities like zorbing and pedal boats at the pool-such a nice touch, easy to book too. The nearby beaches are gorgeous and worth a visit no matter the weather. Wed definitely come back!"

"We had a fantastic time at this place, honestly! The site has everything we could need and the atmosphere by the pool was just lovely-music playing, floats floating around and a fun slide too. Theres a park right next to the pool, but we also discovered a hidden one tucked away in the forest, which was a nice little surprise. Location-wise, its really convenient for heading to St Ives or Penzance, with a bus stop right there and the train station just about five minutes away, so getting around was super easy. The Rafters restaurant served up some great food and we couldnt fault the service at all. Every staff member we met, from the shop guy to the bar staff and pool helpers, were so friendly and helpful. Cristina and the office team also did a cracking job, sorting out little issues quickly. But honestly, the entertainment team was the highlight-so much fun and really went above and beyond. They offered loads of activities both during the day and at night and all four of the stripeys worked brilliantly together, adapting to whatever came up. Heather, Dane, Kelsey and Neeve really made our holiday special. Were already planning to come back in June-cant wait!"

"lovely site with everything we needed, a nice warm pool with a great atmosphere, music playing, floats out and a slide too!There is a park by the pool, but there is also one hidden in the forest which was a nice find.It's in a really good location to get to and from St Ives/Penzance, with a bus stop on site. We found going on the train easy too and the station is only 5mins away.The rafters restaurant served great food and couldn't fault the service.All staff wherever you went were so friendly and helpful, especially the man in the shop, the bar staff, pool staff. Cristina and the office ladies were great too, and seemed to solve small issues raised by others really well!My biggest shout out was the entertainment team, its something we all look forward to when coming away, and they really went above and beyond, I was really surprised how many activities they had to offer, day and night. All four stripeys were great, and they all worked well together, and could just adapt to any situation. Heather really runs it all so smoothy with Dane, Kelsey and Neeve, they all made the holiday for us! We will be back in June and cannot wait ????"

"Honestly, we were a bit disappointed with the lodge. It supposed to be br and new, but it had a strange smell and stained seating that didnt quite look fresh. The bathroom radiator was rusty and the sink plugs didnt work at all, which was annoying. The fridge wasnt fixed properly either - just a small thing, but when you pay for platinum, you expect better attention to detail. On the bright side, the beds were really comfy and the main room was massive, plus the heating and shower were spot on. Wouldve been great to have smart TVs, especially since the weather kept us indoors most of the time. Not perfect, but okay overall."

"Good holiday could do with more amenities like a coffee/tea shop as I could not get a drink mid morning. More childrens outdoor things to do .we found a little park in the woods could do with a slide and swings. But it was a lovely clean park caravan superb"
