Beautiful place to stay, right on the coastal path with beach just a couple of minutes walk away. To access the beach you need to walk down some steps, or there is disabled access via a ramp if you were to walk about 5-10 mins further. The beach is stunning - super clean and perfect for children. We loved it. We had a dog with us and whilst the garden is secure, be wary if you have a dog who jumps as the garden wall isnt very high. Our cocker spaniel didnt attempt it, but a bigger dog might. Theres lots of wild rabbits that come into the garden, which drove our dog bananas. Thankfully she didnt catch one! The property is very well maintained and modern. It really does have everything you need there and I wish we could have stayed longer than we did. The property has septic tanks, which despite all of the air fresheners in the world you are still aware of. It didnt spoil anything for us, but just keep the house well ventilated. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing location with coastal walks on your doorstep. The garden is very dog safe for those who wish to bring their four legged friends. The hot tub is an added bonus.

Everything about Kerenza sands is perfect. The view is amazing, the proximity to the beach is fantastic and the pub close by is great. The interior of the cottage is modern and stylish and really makes you feel at home, the layout is brilliant if youve got a dog as its all on one level. The outdoor space is great as well, the decking is great to watch the world go by, the garden is a great size and the hot tub is a brilliant addition to wind down after a day on the beach.

Sadly Kerenza sands @ praa sands did not meet our expectations. We loved the location with beautiful views of the sea. But there was a lot of things that could of been better. When it rains the deck gets flooded the water doesn't run off? The conservatory has seen better days the welcome pack although a nice thought it would of been nice to of had some milk. Overall definitely not worth 2,500 for a week in September.

A lovely house right on the beach at Praa. The lounge is set up brilliantly with a great TV and comfy seats. Outdoors pace and hot tub perfect for warm days. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. The kitchen is small but has pretty much everything you need. Highly recommend.

Kerenza Sands is brilliant! We had looked forward to (and saved up!!) for our trip to Cornwall for over a year. Arriving in Storm Kathleen was quite spectacular - we had all weathers, as expected. The house is so warm and cozy for rainy days - and also bright and airy when the sun shines - luckily we had one sunny warmish day, spent chilling/sunning on the patio and enjoying the hot tub.

Lovely house. We had a comfortable stay. The interior was spacious, clean and light. The location by the sea is a major plus looking out beyond the garden (complete with rabbits) to the rolling waves.

We really enjoyed our stay here and loved all the extra features and practicalities. Hot tub was lovely but very overlooked by dog walkers and cannot enjoy the full sea view.
