Our Heron Cottage range works superbly well for families, small groups or mixed couples. Sleeping 5 guests, with a master double on the ground floor, a twin and single rooms upstairs, there is plenty of space to enjoy. An open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with a shared bathroom make up the rest of the ground floor. To the rear of the cottage is a secluded courtyard for your exclusive use complete with a sunken hot tub and deluxe wooden patio furniture. Like other cottages in our collection, Kingfisher enjoys lovely views out over our small marina, the River Yare and surrounded by nature.

These gorgeous cottages will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Great for a group of friends or families, with ample space in the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, to look out over the boats in our marina or to watch the wildlife right on the doorstep. Also, on the ground floor, a master double bedroom and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The balcony at the top of the stairs offers wonderful views of the surrounding area and a prime spot for watching the sun go down. Through the cottage provides access to the wide private courtyard with large hot tub and patio dining table.
