St Ives Bay Beach Resort Reviews

"Location is amazing"

"It was hugely clean when we arrived! Cobwebs in the bathroom and small bedrooms"

"Caravan was lovely, not the Hilton, but we did not expect that for the price. A nice, clean and pretty spacious place to rest your head and have some family time in between all the activities."

"Caravan facilities as expected for grade booked but was very tired and in need of a deep clean."

"Our St Ives Bay Beach Resort review: Make it a bit more baby/toddler proof in the kitchen. Move the knifes a bit higher or get a knife holder for them."

"The chalet was dirty, mold in the microwave. Distinct odour of vomit from previous occupants. Had to purchase cleaning products to give the place a thorough clean."

"When booked been told differently the. What I got it."

"Nice caravan, clean and had most things we needed but only enough glasses and cups for 4 people ( van fits 6) no sheets for sofa bed."

"Just perfect for us can't wait to return"

"The sea view was not the best from this particular caravan."

"Great holiday , great site , good caravan and the whole 3 mile beach is dog friendly all year round. Quite a steep 200m walk down the sand dunes to the beach so beach trolleys are not ideal for the return from the beach but O it is well worth it . I will be returning ????????????????????"

"Very pleased with the caravan and the cleanliness. Good value for money."

"Love love love"

"Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Spacious and welcoming x"

"Perfect! Just missed a few basic toiletries"

"It felt quite old-fashioned and could really use some updates. It also wasnt as clean as I had hoped when we arrived. With a little more care and modern touches, this place could be perfect."

"A lovely little holiday chalet, which was a comfortable base for visiting the local area and enjoying the part facilities ????Just a few notes: I am hoping this was made clear somewhere, but absolutely no towels provided did make things a little challenging, but now I know this this I will come better prepared. Also, no soap or any tea/coffee/sugar - these have been provided in many holiday chalets and caravans in the past. Luckily I did bring some alcohol soap and also lots of cupboard things, just usually this is provided. Otherwise, perfectly happy and would be quite happy to stay again ????"

"Clean, affordable and overall a good experience."

"All good nice and clean, great value."

"We found the place quite cosy, with everything laid out nicely. The shower was decent and the bed super comfy, which made our stay enjoyable."

"We recently stayed in a pet-friendly Stargazer caravan with a hot tub and honestly, it was a lovely escape. The place was spotless and had everything we needed - really comfortable and well-equipped. The best part? The beach is just a short two-minute walk away, so we spent plenty of time soaking up the sunshine, watching surfers and our dog loved mingling with other pups and owners. The walk back up from the beach is a bit steep, so might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues, just a heads up. We also found that sometimes we had the whole beach to ourselves, which was pretty special! The staff were super friendly and happy to help whenever we needed. Our toaster broke, but they sorted out a replacement the same day, no fuss. One small thing - our puppys only five months old and the caravan didnt have a gate, so we had to use the coffee table to keep him safe when outside or with the door open. We didnt bother with the on-site facilities since we went out every day. Thanks, Away Resorts, for a really lovely break!"

"Had a lot of top rate gadgets, but no instructions on how to use them , eg: coffee machine, heating"

"We stayed in this caravan recently and honestly, it was great value for what we paid. The view of the sea was lovely and even though its a quiet spot, it didnt feel overlooked at all. The hot tub was definitely a highlight - really relaxing after a day out. The bedroom bath was a lovely touch, made the stay a bit more special. There were a few little cleanliness issues, like some crumbs and crisp packets under the sofa, but nothing too serious. The sofa itself was a bit broken, but it looks like the owners have tried to fix it with a block of wood. Hopefully, itll be sorted soon! Wed definitely come back."

"Beautiful location and accommodation. Would have like to be more aware of facilities being shut due to out of season. But was stunning overall. The beach made up for these factors!"

"We would stay in It again. We would recommend to family and friends."

"Just the cushions on the outside furniture need changing"

"Loved it excellent value for money"
