"Just perfect in every way. Owners are helpful and accommodating and always on hand to help. The lodge itself is beautiful and decorated with the upmost taste. Everything you need is there for you to use. The surrounding are stunning with a little pub up the path for food and drinks. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming to the point you feel like you have known them all your life. Beautiful place I would highly recommend. So much so that we have rebooked for our next stay."

"We had a lovely stay at this lodge, nestled in such a stunning spot. Its really comfy and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The welcome pack was a sweet touch. Perfect base for exploring Cumbria! Only thing to watch out for is the rear garden, which isnt fully secure - dog owners should keep an eye on their pups. Definitely recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this lodge. Its super spacious, spotlessly clean and comfy - everything you need for a relaxing self-catering trip. Small touches like salt, pepper, milk and even washing up liquid with a sponge made it feel so thoughtful. WiFi was surprisingly good too, no buffering while streaming. Definitely recommend!"
