"We had the most wonderful stay at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park and can honestly say it exceeded all expectations.The ParkThe park is outstanding beautifully clean, peaceful, and quiet, surrounded by nature, trees, and breathtaking views. It has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere and feels very well cared for.StaffThe staff were excellent polite, welcoming, chatty, and genuinely happy to help. They made us feel at home and created a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the park.FacilitiesAlthough the facilities are more minimal than larger parks, thats exactly what makes Devon Cliffs perfect. No queues, no stress just a calm and enjoyable environment. The swimming pool was spotless, warm, and inviting, with the sauna, steam room, and gym adding a touch of luxury. Theres also a kids play park, bar, food outlets, a small shop, and activities everything you need, without being overwhelming.Caravan (No. 12 The Meadows)By far the best caravan lodge weve ever stayed in modern, spotless, and spacious with stunning views. The huge decking area and private hot tub were highlights of our holiday. The hot tub team were brilliant, always keeping it clean and ready to use with a friendly smile.LocationPerfect location quiet and peaceful, but close enough to beaches, local shops, and attractions. It truly offers the best of both worlds.ActivitiesSpecial thanks to Ben, who made the sea scooters activity fantastic fun for the kids. His energy, enthusiasm, and patience kept them happy and entertained for the whole session they loved it!OverallA truly amazing holiday. If circumstances were right, I would absolutely own a caravan here thats how special Devon Cliffs is. We cant recommend it enough and cant wait to come back!"

"Beautiful lodge with amazing facilities- dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Great position too. Slight issues with a drain smell in the bathrooms but once we reported it, staff were quick to act."

"Beautiful stay in a gorgeous lodge with charming views, friendly people easy parking and gorgeous hot tub, specially at night, dog friendly but brought our cockatiel who loved his stay! Very well accommodated and roomy with washer and dishwasher although I washed up myself and didnt use it or the air fryer or coffeemaker as only I drink tea and coffee, cooked some nice breakfasts and couple of dinners on stove which needed a little clean wipe first on top, beds well made up and comfy my daughter loved to use both, towels fresh but could have used some more loo roll and I left some spare with soap for the next stayers, onto cleanliness sorry very dusty even loo seats needed wiping and dust everywhere especially under sofa cushions just hairs and crumbs, please note Im ex cleaning so I went over everything with dustpan brushes and hoover pipe appears to be blocked? So I took off pipe and hoovered sofas and under on floors was very dusty, also mopped floor and made sure all clean prior to leaving, left spare bits inc. sugar coffee and some teabags a soap and loo roll, would love to stay again though, ornaments very pretty and lighting amazing, hope this is ok for you, best regards, Tina"

"Our Devon Hills review: We stayed in the same lodge when we visited last year. Its a lovely presented lodge, 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom has a double bed, and the 2nd 2 singles. There is plenty of storage in both bedrooms for your stay. There are 2 bathrooms in the lodge, one which has a bath and the ensuite which has a shower. The kitchen is well equipt, and includes a washer and dishwasher. The whole decor of the lodge is modern and calming. The corner sofa in the lounge area is so comfy. There is also furniture on the decked area to sit and dine outside."

"The Lodge was a bit dated and the carpets needed a steam clean or replacement.The outside decking and furniture where all good,just a shame you couldn't use the bbq as there was no gas."

"We stayed in 96 brambles.. our accommodation was wonderful.. With a mini welcome pack of washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and tea towel we had a washing machine and dishwasher in the modern kitchen.Full size single beds in the twin room, with plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table.Very spacious main bathroom with a bath and vanity unit with the sink.The main bedroom was very big with plenty of storage and wardrobe space, a large dressing table and a king size bed and en-suite with shower."

"The only reason my rating lost a star was due to the checking-in process. Cannot fault the accommodation, a beautiful lodge in a lovely green part of the park. The communal pool was really nice although we didnt use it much. Cafe was small but OK although quite expensive. The shop was even smaller and just a few shelves of essentials, best to stock up at the supermarket which is a drive away. CHECK-IN ISSUES - for days before the holiday I received several emails about the digital key that I could use to open the lodge and avoid checking-in at reception. Myself and 2 other guests downloaded the necessary app and awaited the email. More emails arrive reminding us to have the app ready and head straight to the accommodation of arrival. We were very excited to try the digital key! However upon arrival we park up at our lodge - apps at the ready to unlock the door It doesnt work. We realise the locks look like normal locks that require a key. So we hauled ourselves back in the car and down to reception. To be told ah yes that lodge doesnt have a digital key, you need a physical key that is in the key safe. Would have been fine but why the incessant emails about the digital key and reception-less check-in!? Were given the code to the safe and retrieve the keys. Only to realise there isnt actually a key for the front door. Only the back doors, with no explanation. Again, it was fine but wish wed been told! Aside from the check-in we enjoyed the holiday and would recommend the lodge with a hot tub and it felt so luxurious looking out at the green hills from the tub ??"

"All was Ok apart from there were no draws in the bedroom to my clothes and there was no where in the shower to to put my shower gel, every thing else was fine"

"We had such a lovely stay! The lodge was spotless and perfectly situated, with stunning views that made every morning special. It truly felt like a home away from home - everything we needed was there. The hot tub was a real highlight and our dog absolutely loved it too! Definitely planning to return soon. Cheers!"

"Awful. Myself and my partner stayed in number 12 moonshadow rise. The toilet seat in the bedroom was cracked the light was handing down. The blind in the living room was broke. We told reception about the toilet seat and blind and the man said he would pass it onto maintenance. Which he didnt. I asked the maintenance man when he came for the hot tub and he said no one communicated with him but he will come back. Which he did. However did not fix the blind. Left us without one and left us without a toilet seat. The carpet was old and stained and was torn under the dinning room table. The cupboard in the hallway had used latex gloves shoved on the floor and out last night which was 16th march, we could hear scratching, it appeared to be a rat. The furniture on the decking was rusty. This overall ruined the whole experience. However the gym and the swimming pool was great."

"Had a great family holiday and would recommend. Very good location and great staff. The cleaning of lodge could have been a lot better. The hover really smelled when used and kitchen needed cleaning on arrival .didnt like key system tbh a normal key would have been better Im not sure why they thought the extra fuss would be necessary. But overall a great holiday"

"We had a lovely family break and would definitely recommend it. The location was spot on and the staff were really friendly. The lodge itself couldve been cleaner - the hover had a strange smell and the kitchen wasnt wiped down when we arrived. The key system was a bit of a pain; a regular key wouldve been simpler, honestly. Still, overall, it was a great holiday!"

"We had a lovely stay at this cosy spot tucked away in a peaceful, private setting. The owners were genuinely friendly and always ready to help without intruding. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day cycling around the area. One thing to note is that the cottage is directly under Stansted's flight path, so aircraft noise is quite noticeable. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but honestly, it didnt ruin our holiday at all. Would definitely recommend!"

"Had a lovely week at Devon Hills, very peaceful site and lovely views. The comfort lodge we stayed it was very spacious, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults. The only thing would be if 6 people were staying in the lodge, there was only patio furniture for 4. We picked a good week weather wise to. Would definitely recommend."
