"We found the place spotless and super comfy. Its great for four people, maybe a bit tight for six since the twin beds are quite narrow and the bedrooms arent huge. Only four of us could sit comfortably around the table for meals. The kitchen was well stocked, though a couple of baking trays wouldve been handy. The shower was really good and the double room was perfect. Plus, the hairdryer was a lovely bonus! Wed definitely stay again."

A little thing to note - the cottage is right under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of noise from planes. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but honestly, it didnt ruin our holiday at all. Definitely recommend!"

"We had such a lovely stay at this cottage tucked away on a working farm, yet it feels surprisingly private. Robert and Sharon are genuinely wonderful hosts, making us feel really welcome. The place is super spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and the bed was incredibly comfy-slept like a dream! The gardens perfect for dogs, completely secluded and furnished nicely. Plenty of walks nearby and Thaxteds got some cracking restaurants, especially The Star and The Maypole. Wed definitely recommend it!"

"We stayed in one of the Leisure lodges with a hot tub (the Beech). The park itself is lovely and well presented, with great walks around the choice of lakes with lots of wildlife (I’ve never seen so many baby geese). The sunset was stunning from the main lake."
