"Overall, we had a pretty decent stay in the pod. It was clean, comfy and had most things we needed, though those two saucepans on the induction hob didnt work, which was a bit of a pain. WiFi was an extra charge and honestly, it was a nightmare to get to the payment page at first - we ended up without WiFi that first night. It finally let us pay the next morning, but only for 1 or 3 nights, so we paid for an extra night we didnt really need. Still, it was a nice place, just a few small issues."

"We stayed at Oak Cottage recently and honestly, the views are stunning - you get a great look at the fishing lake and golf course, which was lovely. The conservatory is a real highlight, such a nice space to relax in. That said, there were quite a few issues that put us off coming back. If you're squeamish about bugs, beware - the place was crawling with spiders, flies and midges. It might be due to the nearby lake, but it was pretty off-putting. Inside, some wallpaper was missing from the walls, especially near the conservatory. The overall cleanliness was okay, but we did find some grimy spots; I found my hairbrush in the sofa cracks and it was filthy under there. The toilet needed a proper clean before use, with stains under the seat. The bedrooms were smaller than the photos suggested and some of the cutlery and mugs in the kitchen were dirty. The garden was well-kept and the hot tub was a real bonus. Wed visit the leisure park again, but probably not this cottage though."

Its clear some extra cleaning was needed, as there was a coke bottle and paper bag tucked behind the sofa, plus some spill marks on the cupboards that we cleaned ourselves. The balcony was a nice touch, with a table and chairs. Would stay again!"

"The cottage was perfect for us and our little King Charles Cav. Its part of the main Primrose cottage, but felt private enough. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine-huge plus! The bedroom was a comfy double with an en-suite spa bath and the conservatory was a lovely spot to unwind. The garden was massive, with a shared patio among fields and a golf course. Were already planning to come back!"

"We stayed in the caravan recently and overall, it was a lovely place. The van was comfy and clean, which we really appreciated, especially with a toddler and a dog running around. There were a couple of tiny issues, like some squashed critters in the photo frame by the dining table-probably not everyone's cup of tea, but we didnt mind! The tin opener was a bit rubbish and could do with replacing and the potato masher was broken, though we didnt need it. A small hoover wouldve been handy for quick clean-ups, but nothing major. Would definitely stay again!"

"Staff and residents where amazing. Helpful and friendly. The Pod we stayed in was the perfect size. It was on the warm side (did go when we hit record temperatures) so had to go out and by a fan. Lots of lovely villages and towns nearby. It Was the perfect way to spend our 10 year wedding anniversary. The on site pub was so friendly and the food was amazing."

Driving range good but the facilities could be improved for example the chairs outside to take a break in have all gone rusty need maintenance and a good luck of paint ! Woodys bar and restaurant good food and friendly service! Location great 14mins from blue flag beach and traditional British seaside entertainment!"

"We stayed at Woodthorpe in Woodland 3 Log Cabin for 7 days from July 1st to 8th. This is a fantastic locations with Beautiful Surroundings. There are some Woodland Walks on site, a 18 Hole Golfcourse which is reasonably priced if you like Golf, also a Driving Range. There is Woodys Restarunt on site, also just out side the Woodthorpe Garden Centre which is also great and does foods. It is very Central to a lot of places, i.e Mablethorpe, Skegness etc. The log cabin itself is fantastic, very very Clean, it looked like brand new, lovely seating are attached and a lovely Hot Tub, we could not find a fault with the log Cabin itself and the site in gerneral, so would highly reccomend a stay here. it is very peacfull and tranquil, with lots of different Wildlife tottering about, i.e Squirels, Bunny's and various Birds, we even had a Robin Land on the table as we were eating he/she stayed on the table for at least a couple of min. The only Downside is the Internet Connection is very poor for the price you pay."
