"Nice caravan with a few stains on sofa. Mattress was springy. Clean and tidy when we arrived. Some dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel and tea and coffee was a plus"

"It a lovely location with a large private garden at the back (location of the Jacuzzi) There is a large lounge, we were a group of 6 adults and a child, but 8 people would find it very comfortable.It is a little remote with access on single track roads, but Hexham and Corbridge are only about 20mins away by car. A very nice cottage."

"We had a fantastic time in the Ardennes 2! Its brilliantly equipped, perfect for our group of three. The full-size fridge/freezer was a bonus and the shower had excellent water pressure. Central heating was so easy to use and kept everything cosy. Definitely planning to stay here again, really loved it!"

"The ardennes 2 is a lovely very well equipped caravan ideal for our party of 3 with a full size fridge / freezer , great size shower with great water pressure , the central heating worked great and very easy to use all rooms warm up great would stay in this caravan again ."

"We had a lovely stay! The place is quirky and super clean, with a cool upper bunk room and a cosy atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast was fantastic value. The outside decking and warm shower made it even better. Great spot!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The place felt like a proper home from home, modern and spacious. Everything we needed was there-towels, bedding and a nice deck area to chill outside. The big TV was great, though the HD channels sometimes buffered, but that wasnt a big deal since we didnt watch much."

Large tv with Freeview channels, although signal strength made for some buffering issues on the HD channels. SD channels we found fine. But to be fair we didnt watch much."

"The only fault I found was the cupboards above the kitchen sink. You bang your head nearly every time you're at the sink. It must have been a man who designed the layout!"

"We had such a lovely New Years stay at this cottage with four adults and four kids. The place really hit the spot - the bathmats and welcome pack with info made all the difference. We loved the Christmas tree still up-it added a cosy touch! The hot tub was a real highlight and the kids adored the on-site park. The photos dont do it justice; its even better in person. Thanks for having us, cant wait to come back!"

"Beautiful park in a fabulous setting. Yes, it was a little way from civilization but it made up for it in peace and tranquility. The park was clean and beautifully landscaped. We had a meal in the lovely little bar and restaurant - it was lovely. Can certainly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area."

"Quiet location and superb clean comfortable caravan BUT noise from children running up and down inside caravans and loud music spoilt the site therefore left one day early. Cannot understand why some people chose a quiet site and then destroy the ambiance.

"Just had a FANTASTIC mid week break at Springhouse Country Park. When we arrived we were told we were the first people to stay in the caravan as it was a brand new one, BONUS. The van was spotless, with everything there we needed except a sweeping brush. If you like entertainment amusement arcades + noise this is DEF NOT the place for you, but if you like peace, quiet away from it all then this is DEF the place. Hopefully will return soon."

"Our lodge was superb couple things were broke in the lodge but it didn't stop us enjoying ourselves. Beautiful lodge and hot tub was amazing, our only upset was the warden told us off with a bit of an attitude for having a laugh and listening to music and yet it wasn't even 10.30pm"
