The outdoor deck was a bit dirty and the hot tub was quite grimy when we arrived. We requested it to be cleaned, but no one came, so we had to wipe it down ourselves. We only used it twice because of that."

"We stayed at Turnberry 7 and really enjoyed our time there. The lodge was cosy and well-equipped, with great tech and appliances that made life easy. Its a shame they hadnt decorated it for Christmas; it would have really added to the cosy vibe. The outdoor cushions werent protected from the rain, so they got soaked, which was a bit of a downer. Still, its a warm and comfortable place and wed definitely consider returning. A few small tweaks would make it perfect!"

"Honestly, our stay was mostly okay, but there were a few annoying bits. The fry pan was pretty dirty, so we didnt use it and the jug was so grimy we refused to bother with it. We also saw someone put stuff in the hot tub on Thursday afternoon and when we asked about using it later, we were told not to for an hour. Turns out it got all brown and scummy, which was pretty gross. On our last night, we tried to grab a bite at the onsite club, but they were fully booked. We waited over an hour with empty tables and when we asked why, we were told they were still recovering from COVID. It was a bit disappointing to be honest, especially missing out on dinner after a long day."

"Excellent holiday park, the lodge, waterside, was in need of some renovations but was clean. You can tell it had been there for some time. All the park handymen were very friendly and helpful, hot tub was checked daily. Over all we would recommend this park."

"The park is a relatively new site alongside the golf course. The staff were friendly & helpful, the maintenance staff very efficient. While we were there the week days were quite & relaxing but come the weekend the noise level increases considerably with the extra numbers of holiday makers."

"The only downside I have is that the Internet connection was poor therefore we could not watch the TV or play music without it buffering and there is not much signal for mobile phones. I think there could be a welcome pack provided with instructions for the cabin and hot tub"
