The Beauty Room was a lovely treat and Vanessa was so professional and calming - definitely recommend booking with her!"

"We stayed at a lovely lodge right by the lake and it had pretty much everything we needed for a good break. The second bedroom was a bit snug, but the single beds were decent. A couple of small things like no grill pan or tongues and the remote controls were a bit temperamental. Still, wed definitely come back!"

Theres plenty of space to relax and having our own WiFi was a bonus-streaming and browsing was easy. The wet room in the master bedroom was a nice touch and the second bedrooms bath was perfect after a cold day out sightseeing. Its well-equipped too, with a washing machine and dishwasher, making everything so convenient. Overall, a lovely, comfy lodge that ticked all our boxes. Wed definitely stay again, no question about it!"

"Overall, the place was mostly clean, which was good. However, we did notice the cutlery and cupboards were a bit grubby. Some cupboards were broken too. No towels were provided, even though the booking said they would be and when we asked reception, they said wed have to pay extra. The location is spot on, with loads of parking and easy to get settled early!"

The only hiccup was that no towels were provided for the superior beach house, which caught us off guard since it wasnt clear on the booking info-just sheets and bedding were mentioned. When we asked at the office, the staff said towels werent included at that level, which was a bit disappointing. Still, we managed to buy some and enjoyed our time with the dogs and friends. Wed definitely come back later this year, but next time, well bring our own towels!"
