"Our The Bay Filey review: The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Although there was nowhere enclosed for our dog outside the cabin, I had read this and came equipped with a long line so she could still be outside with us. There was a huge field behind our cabin which was ideal for walking her outside to do her business, The furniture on the veranda was a bit shabby and only one of the chairs had a cushion.The bed unfortunately felt like it wasn't level so I could only sleep on one side as if I lay the other way it felt like I would roll off.I wouldn't describe it as luxury, but it was certainly very comfortable and had everything we needed."

"Poor wife disabled and was phoned to confirm this but still put into a upstairs apartment nearest parking over 100 yard away so confined to apartment on hottest day of year as up and down stairs not a option"

"Great house, two good sized bedrooms off a spacious landing with wide stairs and a skylight above the stairs. This gave a comforting feeling of not being enclosed. Downstairs is mainly open plan off a large hallway with a large downstairs WC, again not cramped on entering. A small but well maintained open plan rear garden area with a patio set. The kitchen was well equipped with a good sized worktop. The house heats up very quickly which is great for winter breaks and there is a parking space immediately outside."

"We had a really relaxing off-season getaway and found the price to be quite reasonable. The apartment was cosy but had everything we needed, which was perfect. The area was peaceful, well-kept and easy to access the beach from. The pool was a nice touch, even if a bit worn, it was clean and warm. The Beauty Room was a lovely treat and Vanessa was so professional and calming - definitely recommend booking with her!"

"The beach house was lovely, comfy, cosy and well equipped. No mention in the description that it had ensuite, a log burner, dishwasher and washer dryer. We stayed in Dec and really enjoyed it."

"Our cottage was lovely but it was for 5 adults and we only haved 2 bedrooms one was very large the other had a single bed and bunk beds not ideal for 5 adults"

"Lovely lodge at the side on the lake with virtually everything you need for a great break. The second bedroom was a little tight but did have good size single beds. No grill pan or tongues and the tv remotes had a mind of their own. These are just niggles and didn't impact our stay. Would definitely return."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay. The cottage was spotless and decorated really nicely, with everything we needed, including a huge fridge freezer (though it could do with a de-icing). We did think a handheld shower alongside the waterfall would be a good addition, but its just a preference really. Would stay again!"

"The cottage was very clean, beautiful little decor, came with all facilities you need I.e. kitchen equipment massive fridge freezer although the freezer does need deicing. Personally we think the shower needs a separate handheld hose aswell as the overhead waterfall. I know this is preference but this is what we would prefer."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard, which made us feel right at home. Theres plenty of space to relax and having our own WiFi was a bonus-streaming and browsing was easy. The wet room in the master bedroom was a nice touch and the second bedrooms bath was perfect after a cold day out sightseeing. Its well-equipped too, with a washing machine and dishwasher, making everything so convenient. Overall, a lovely, comfy lodge that ticked all our boxes. Wed definitely stay again, no question about it!"

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at the lodge. Its a great place, though the second bedroom could use a lamp and the mattress in the other room isnt very comfy. Also, some skirting around the main door could do with fixing. Well be back next year!"
