In the evening, have a drink in the comfortable on-site bar and lounge, where sports enthusiasts can watch the games on the six-foot screen.

This is also a great spot for an evening meal, where there are delicious pub classic meals on offer as well as a kids’ menu. Fishing is offered by the park for people of all levels, including the kids. There are two local rivers in which guests can try this out, both being easily accessible from the site. There are also some fantastic woodland and riverside walks perfect for a day out in nature. Why not bring a picnic and enjoy lunch surrounded by the trees?

Choose to stay in one of the park’s incredible high-end lodges, many of which have their own private hot tubs. The Boutique Spa lodges offer the epitome of relaxation for either a couple’s getaway or a family holiday for four. These both have a hot tub situated on the wooden veranda outside, which is perfect for taking a soak in the evening under the stars. The living rooms are open plan and have a homely interior, making it easy for guests to settle in and feel at home.

The Highland Spa Lodges are a more luxurious style, perfect for an indulgent romantic trip for two. As well as outdoor hot tubs, these lodges have a secluded decking area and fully equipped kitchens and living areas. For a bigger group wanting to stay for a bit longer, Erigmore Cottage is the ideal accommodation. This two-bedroomed cottage boasts a spacious family shower room and private hot tub, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The living area is cosy and welcoming, ideal for a night in watching a film. This accommodation is also pet friendly, so be sure to bring your furry friend along.

The fantastic Scottish Highlands are right on the doorstep of this park, so there are plenty of opportunities to visit some truly breath-taking natural spots. Take a relaxing stroll around Loch of the Lowes where there are beautiful lakeside and woodland views.

Follow the circular 3.5-mile route along the River Tay to the village of Birnam, which is a charming spot perfect for coffee and cake at the end of your walk. Look for red squirrels, pine martin and more Scottish wildlife at Pine Cone Point, and take in the stunning views of Strathtay when making this journey. For a family outing, visit the Active Kids Adventure Park, where there are a range of fun activities on offer, as well as farm animals to visit.

Erigmore Leisure Park Reviews

"Nice stay, but the kitchen lacked some essential bits. Would return!"
Emma Clarke - Feb 2025
"We had a fantastic stay! The lodges are spotless and roomy. First time trying a lodge and honestly, we couldn't be happier with our choice."
Sarah Collins - Feb 2025
"We really enjoyed our stay at Olive Caravan 2, it was lovely overall. The only thing is, the travel cot didnt fit in any of the bedrooms, so the baby had to sleep in the living room where there arent any beds for adults. Bit inconvenient!"
Emma Carter - Feb 2025
"Really enjoyed the stay, lovely views and perfect for a quick escape."
Alex Turner - Jan 2025
"Our Erigmore Leisure Park review: The caravan was really cosy and comfy, but it was quite chilly even with the heating. Staff were super helpful when we asked for extra blankets, though!"
Emma Carter - Dec 2024
"The van was pretty clean and tidy, which was good and it stayed warm enough during our trip. It wouldve been perfect if we could control the sitting room fires heat and a lamp or two wouldve made it even better. Not bad at all!"
Oliver - Nov 2024
"Great spot, peaceful stay, would definitely come back."
Emma Clarke - Nov 2024
"We stayed for a few nights to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday and honestly, we had a cracking time! The lady who greeted us was genuinely lovely and made us feel really welcome. The log cabin was huge and comfy - beds were spot on! The welcome pack and towels were a nice touch. We spent a relaxing Saturday enjoying the facilities, which was just what we needed. Day trips to Birnam and Dunkeld were perfect, wandering around shops and grabbing some lovely treats. Well definitely be back, for sure!"
Emily - Nov 2024
"We loved the spacious lounge and kitchen, it really felt like a home from home. The smart TV was a nice touch and the heating kept us cosy all night."
Sarah - Nov 2024
"Overall, we found the kitchenware and crockery a bit outdated, could definitely do with a refresh. On the plus side, the towels and bedding were provided, which was handy. The bed was comfy, though the bedding looked a bit tired. The shower worked well and the Smart TV was a great touch!"
Rachel - Nov 2024
"Lovely stay, will definitely come back soon"
Emily - Nov 2024
"We really enjoyed the lodge, especially as we found a good deal this year! Its a lovely spot, though it would be great if the hot tub area had a fence or gate for the dogs safety. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and well be back!"
Samuel - Nov 2024
"We had a fantastic stay at the lodge! Everything was spot on from the get-go. The hot tub was such a treat, even though we only managed to use it twice, it was definitely worth it. Wifi was handy and the lodge was super comfy. Only small thing-batteries in the bedroom TV remote could do with a change. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break!"
Emma - Oct 2024
"We had a fantastic time with this van! Loads of room for the family and its so well laid out - everythings really good quality too. It warmed up quickly after a day out, making it super cosy. Definitely recommend it!"
Emma Roberts - Oct 2024
"We loved the spacious, spotless caravan and the beautiful walks nearby-really relaxing stay!"
Emma - Oct 2024
"We stayed in the caravan recently and found it to be really cosy and spotless. The shower was surprisingly powerful, which we appreciated, though a bit of mould on the sealant could do with a scrub. Loved having a sink and toilet in the double room, plus loads of storage. The full oven and microwave worked well, but we had to ask for extra plates and cutlery. The welcome pack was a real bonus!"
Emma Carter - Sep 2024
"The trees are stunning, the location is peaceful and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful."
Emily Johnson - Sep 2024
"Great stay, spacious rooms, modern amenities, very clean, highly recommend!"
Alexandra - Aug 2024
"The place only had two mugs and a few plates, which was a bit annoying. We kept having to wash up to reuse stuff. The dishwasher seemed pretty outdated too, so it was a bit of a pain!"
Emma Carter - Aug 2024
"We only stayed for a few days, but the spot by the River Tay is lovely and getting around Perth and Kinross is a breeze thanks to the A9 and nearby train station. Really convenient!"
David - Jul 2024
"Terribly dirty and way too expensive. We won't return!"
Emma Carter - Jul 2024
"Great stay, would definitely return"
Alex - Jun 2024
"We had a lovely time at The Olive Caravan. It was just right for our group of two adults, a kid and a dog-really cosy! The WiFi was a bit patchy, so we used our own data, but honestly, it didnt matter since we were out exploring most of the time. The shower was a little wonky with the head, but plenty of hot water and good pressure made up for it. All in all, a really great stay in a nice place!"
Emma Carter - Apr 2024
"Really enjoyed our stay"
Claire Turner - Feb 2024
"We found the caravan really spacious and super cosy, even in winter. The shower was great too! Thanks for a lovely stay, wed definitely come back."
Emma - Feb 2024
"We spent three nights in the Olive Caravan from the 5th to the 8th of January. Even though it was freezing outside, the caravan was surprisingly warm and super comfy. It was spotless and had plenty of storage, which was great. Dunkeld is a charming town with nice shops, cafes and places to stay, plus we loved the walks along the river. The park itself is in a really nice spot. Wed definitely stay again and recommend it to others!"
Emma - Jan 2024
"We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge! The robes and slippers were a lovely surprise, made us feel a bit fancy. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped, including a dishwasher and tabs, which was handy. Only thing is, the side area isnt fenced, so I had to quickly buy some rope to tie up my dog - bit of a hassle, but manageable. Overall, a good experience!"
Emma Carter - Dec 2023
"The caravan was really lovely, top-notch quality. Only annoying bit was having to sign in to access regular TV channels-bit of a hassle!"
Emma - Nov 2023
"Really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for long dog walks along the river, yet its just a quick 20-minute stroll into town. Great spot, will come back!"
Emma - Nov 2023
"Lovely stay, would highly recommend"
Emma Carter - Nov 2023
"Erigmore is a fantastic place. This was our first visit & it won't be our last. The minute we arrived the level of service & interest from the team was first class nothing was too much trouble. The bar & restaurant area was friendly, extremely welcoming & Jackson & his team were first class. We ate in the restaurant three evenings & the food was excellent."
Rosalind - Jul 2022
"Fabulous in every way. Our caravan was total luxury. Could have done with few more trees planted in front of our caravan, as our view from it was work yard. But in no way did it spoil things, it’s just a suggestion."
Christine - May 2022
"Picture on website was nothing like the lodge we stayed in. However lodge was nice but we had two main issues, worst being that the French doors did not lock securely. Secondly, there was an overall lack of attention to detail, curtains not hung properly, blinds hanging down on one side, light switches and door frames dirty, so early in the season too. There was no instructions on how to use sound system or fire. Staff on site were very helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was ok, menu limited but probably a leftover from Covid. Salmon was undercooked one day. It's in a perfect position for exploring the area and Dunkeld was a thriving village."
Linda - May 2022
"We had a lovely 4 night stay. We were greeted by a kind member of staff at the main house who also gave us a courtesy call to make sure everything was okay with our accommodation. We asked for a broom and mop which was brought by a staff member the next day. Gorgeous walks right on our doorstep. Really impressed with all the mod cons available in the kitchen and only lacked a tin opener"
Verified Guest - Mar 2022
"Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. So many things to do locally. The caravan ideal for our needs and the bed was extra comfy! We will be returning! We didn’t use the facilities on site so can’t comment"
Davan - Mar 2022
"Beautiful site and caravan was excellent Very clean and had everything we needed for our short break"
Margaret - Mar 2022
"Great lodge and hot tub staff were very nice and friendly nice place and places to visit"
Carlyn - Feb 2022
"My partner and I had such a lovely time, private set in great surroundings with all the necessary home comforts and the hot tub, all in all I would recommend this place as a wonderful base to explore some of Scotland’s under promoted gems or just to escape into the privacy of your own company."
Andrew - Feb 2022
"Erigmore is a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately we tested positive for covid during our stay so spent 4 out of 3 days in the caravan. The caravan was fabulous and everything we needed. Would love to go back and discover more of the area. Definitely a great place to visit."
Lynne - Jan 2022
"Lovely place, bar needs to be dog friendly"
Jill - Nov 2021
"Great place to stay and lots to see in surrounding area. Cabin dog friendly with Hot Tub was excellent all you need for a great holiday."
Glen - Nov 2021
"Our Spa lodge 1 with hot tub was absolutely stunning, really modern and comfortable too. Hot tub was well maintained on daily basis. In beautiful surroundings and very close to the main building. Even had red squirrels coming to the balcony to visit daily. All the staff were lovely but seemed to be under a lot of pressure but were always courteous and never let it affect our service. A few wee easy things that would things even better. Within the lodge, the nest of tables and lovely glass table were gorgeous but there were no coasters or table mats to protect these. Also oven gloves, tea towel and an initial small supply of hand soap would have been nice touch. These things were very small but are easy to rectify. All in all, we had an amazing time and will def be back."
