"Overall very disappointingPoor quality and cleanliness of caravan. Still dirty on arrival, damaged wall and broken bed. Missing bedding, cutlery and glasses. Outside looked like an ashtray. Site app not very user friendly. Entertainment very good but also very disjointed and not family friendly of a night. Overall facilities were great but couldnt understand where the evening entertainment for adults was."

"Not a pleasant site for other people staying on the site rude and kids unruly and wild. Witnessed a row over a 2p machine with my 4 year old daughter. Club house was hit and miss some nights packed others empty."

"We had a lovely stay in this charming spot, tucked away in a quiet, private setting. The owners were so friendly and helpful, always just a short distance if we needed anything but respecting our privacy. The hot tub was a real treat after cycling all day. A heads up though-it's directly under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us after a while, but if you're sensitive, its worth knowing. Overall, a great place to unwind!"

"We had an amazing time at the camp! Its been over 60 years since our first visit and it still feels just as special. The staff, from reception to groundsmen, were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Honestly, we couldnt have asked for better service or a more lovely holiday. Definitely coming back!"

"Honestly, I was a bit sceptical before arriving, especially after reading some of the reviews (which I probably shouldve checked more carefully!). But our caravan at Robin Hood Bay (Silver A) turned out to be pretty much br and new, which was a relief. Its the larger 3-bedroom, 2-toilet model, perfect for us - just two adults and two kids, aged 5 and 9. The place was spotlessly clean and comfy. Rhyl itself isnt the most charming town, but the beach makes up for it - truly fantastic. We mostly explored other spots like Greenwood Forest Park and Llandudno, which kept us busy. The onsite pool was decent enough for a quick dip. North Wales really is a stunning part of the UK and honestly, we felt like we couldve stayed longer because theres so much to see and do. All in all, a good trip!"

"Overall, its a pretty good deal for what you pay. Only thing was, on our first night, the barmaid mentioned wed need to wear our passes after dark because some locals come around causing trouble with holidaymakers. Luckily, we never actually saw any issues, so it wasnt a big deal at all."
