"The apartment was lovely overall, with a cosy feel. We did notice a few minor issues like a loose wire on the bedside lamp, a loose toilet roll holder and the curtain in the twin room needed fixing, but nothing major. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was comfy and parking was hassle-free. There are lovely walks around the site, perfect for walking the dog or just stretching your legs. The scenery is stunning, especially the woodlands and forests which we love. Most dog owners were respectful and the dog bins were well placed. Definitely a great spot!"

"Lovely stay. Lots to do on-site. We were pleasantly surprised with the food and range of activities offered on a Saturday out of season.
9am check out seemed a bit unnecessary. Cuts a 2 night stay down to very much one day and feels much less value for money."

"Enjoyed stay so much, we tried to extend it but sadly it was fully booked. Excellent leisure facilities - shame the 2nd Jacuzzi wasn't working as the functioning one got full in the evenings. Extensive menu and tasty food in the restaurant - loved the mocktails. The site was quiet and well maintained with lovely walks in the adjoining wood. It is well situated for the forest of Dean attractions, Welsh borders and even the Cotswolds. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was our 1st stay in this area and we hope to return very soon."
