Nature lovers will love Thorp Perrow Arboretum in Bedale - just 8 miles from the lodges. Here you can see an array of birds and mammals in a woodland garden setting. This place also boasts some of the largest and rarest trees and shrubs in England. The large lake and picnic area for ideal relaxing.
