We had a fantastic stay at NefStedi and honestly couldnt recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it felt like somewhere we could properly relax and switch off. The house is beautiful, exceptionally comfortable and has everything you could possibly want for a stay in this part of Scotland. It is clear that a great deal of thought has gone into making it feel welcoming and homely, while still having that special holidayhouse feel. The location is wonderful too. Inverurie is close enough that you have absolutely everything you could possibly need shops, supermarkets, restaurants and plenty of places to visit while NefStedi itself feels wonderfully peaceful and secluded. It really does give you the best of both worlds. One of our favourite things was simply sitting and watching the swallows. There was something incredibly special about watching them swooping around the property. Those little moments made the stay feel even more special and gave us a chance to slow down and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. The owner was also brilliant at recommending places to eat and things to do locally. We took their recommendation to try the fish and chips in Dyce and they were absolutely spot on a great recommendation and another lovely part of our stay. We loved getting out and exploring during the day and then coming back to NefStedi in the evening. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax afterwards, and the whole property has such a peaceful and cosy atmosphere. It really is the sort of place where you immediately start wishing you had booked for longer. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and extremely well equipped. Nothing felt like an afterthought and there was genuinely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also found the owner to be absolutely lovely friendly, helpful and clearly passionate about making sure guests have a wonderful experience. Their local recommendations were excellent and really helped us make the most of the area. NefStedi is one of those rare places that genuinely exceeds expectations. We have had a fabulous time and would return in a heartbeat. If you are considering booking, I would say dont hesitate you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lovely return stay at Nef Stedi. Comfortable, very wellequipped, spotlessly clean and beautiful views. The addition of the electric car charger is fantastic, made our plans so much easier, and the app was easy to add to my phone. Diane and her family put a lot of care into this property and making their guests' stay as enjoyable as possible.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The accommodation was clean, modern and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and you could tell it is looked after. There were a lot of extra items in the kitchen which you wouldnt normally get, which was a big help. The owner was very friendly and helped with giving us sightseeing tips and knowledge of the local area. The area was picturesque and very peaceful. The hot tub was amazing and was serviced everyday. We also had a visit from the nearby sheep who came to say hello! They were being naughty and had escaped but they were quickly rounded up. The garden was maintained by the robomower, who was also fun to watch. Overall, we had an amazing time and hopefully we will be back again one day!

Our 2nd stay at this fantastic property. Dianne was an amazing host very helpful and left us some lovely goodies to enjoy thank you. we had everything we needed and much more. The property was spotless and in a fabulous location great base to explore we will definitely be back

We had a wonderful family stay at Nef Stedi near Inverurie. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well equipped we didnt need a thing during our stay. The warm welcome from the owner made us feel right at home straight away. As a family of four, we enjoyed exploring the area. We visited the local town, a nearby beach where we watched the resident seal colony, an ice cream parlour, and had a fantastic day out at Fraser Castle. The hot tub was a real highlight and the perfect way to relax after our days out. We were even lucky enough to hear an owl nearby in the trees on one of our evenings. We couldnt have asked for a better base for our holiday and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful place! The hostess is amazing, extremely welcoming and accommodating. NefStedi is amazingly well appointed, there wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't provided. Spacious, clean and stunning. Our teenager loved the upstairs as his own private area to escape. 100 recommended. Thank you so much.

Our family of three children really enjoyed the stay . There was a small room full of toys and games for children. The hot tub was amazing and the surrounding was really safe and calm !

Without a doubt the best equipped, most comfortable and spacious holiday home I ever stayed in. An excellent base for touring around Aberdeenshire, with friendly and very helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

Excellent property in a good location. The back bedroom has a Velux window which makes sleeping difficult in high summer. The adjacent shower needs maintenance to the water flow valve and the showerhead slider. The property would benefit from having its name displayed at the entrance from the road.

Lovely, modern property. Extremely clean and well maintained. Everything you could need in the kitchen for cookingeating at home. A nice touch, having adult and childrens books and games to use. Diane, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The welcome pack and delicious homemade cupcakes was very much appreciated. Location of property is very good for travelling to various NTS sites in the area, coast and Aberdeen etc. Beds were extremely comfortable with lovely bedding and towels. Separate towels even provided for the hot tub. Can highly recommend a stay in this house, in beautiful Aberdeenshire.

The place was unbelievable I wasnt expecting a beautiful location and peaceful surroundings. The hot tube was outstanding and very fancy with the lights jets. I would love to return.

Had a lovely time . The cottage was set in a lovely spot in the countryside. It was lovely and clean comfortable beds had everything you needed. There was a lovely welcome pack which we all enjoyed. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful week at NewStedi. Beautiful property, extremely well appointed didn't have to keep washing mugs as so well stocked!,very comfy beds, great showers etc. We all loved the hot tub. Diane was one of the best hosts I've met so warm, friendly and full of ideas of things to do if we asked. She responded to any queries very promptly. The only slight issue was a high vellux in one of the bedrooms that doesn't have a blind didn't affect me as I was in another room but the sun streaming in woke the occupants early. Won't matter in autumn or winter. Otherwise a fantastic property in a beautiful area with a great host!! We would definitely go back there.
